Often with dentists and oral surgeons I have had to wait up to 45 min. after my scheduled appointment until I get transferred from a waiting room to a examination room. However with Dr. Gronbach he and his team never had me wait more than 5 min and once when I was running really early they still fit me in within 5 min. Impressive!

The staff is as nice as it gets. I feel like I'm in the mid-west with that warm hospitality. They and the doctor are also very thorough with the explanations of paperwork and what to expect as far a healing, pain, soreness and timeline for complete recovery.


Lastly, the location and appointment availability is terrific. Always easy to get in for an appointment at a time that fit my schedule.

Dr Gronbach saw me as an emergency patient. I had broken a tooth and my dentist was unable to remove it after 45-minutes of working in my mouth.
His staff got me in right away and the tooth was removed.
I continued the process for an implant.
He built up the nasal cavity in order for the implant to have more bone to adhere to.
After 18 months I am so GLAD i had all of this done.

i've never heard of someone enjoying the experience of getting your wisdom teeth out. my experience was no different, it hurts and it sucks, to be honest. but i think it went the easiest it possibly could have. the staff at east bay oral surgery was very helpful and attentive. but i'm still glad i only have to do this once.

Dr. Gronbach met with me for a consultation, clearly explained the procedure and the rationale for extracting all four of my wisdom teeth, and answered all of my questions. The extraction was fast and Dr. Gronbach was very responsive and helpful after the surgery. I was given the resources I needed to make a quick recovery.

They did a great job with the surgery and everything in general was quite good. I have no complaints.
