I had the best purchasing experience there.They were very professional and knew a lot about the car and its options, they explained me all my options and helped me to decide and eventually I got the best deal.

I'm sure I'll be back there in a few years when I'll be upgrading.

I was referred by a dear friend , to shop for my new auto at this dealership. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted with an interest rate better than anticipated. They are top notch ,they went above and beyond their scope of duty to make sure my husband and I were more than satisfied with our purchase.They are ethical, courteous and professional. Buying a new car should be fun. At Alpha they make the experience fun and at no time do you feel pressured. My salesman went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and with the vehicle and all of the features after the purchase. The entire team at Alpha was pleasant to deal with. I have not had any experience with the service department yet, but I have to believe they are held to the same high standards as the sales team.

Took my Lexus in with several things showing on my dash that should not have been at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Put me in a loaner and I was out of there in five minutes. They took my car to the dealership on Monday and returned my car to me at my home on Tuesday afternoon, everything fixed and an explanation of what had occurred. Could not have been an easier process!

Alpha is the place to go if you have little to no credit and want a good car. they even have warranties which is rare for used dealerships. they can get you approved where others can not. :)

I just bought a chevy impala from Alpha Auto Sales and i love my car. I didnt know where to go or what to get but after looking around for a little while, I felt more than comfortable at Alpha. Not only were they nice to me, they were also very respectful. They didnt treat me like just another customer. They made me feel like a friend. Even the finance manager, Mr. Wilson, was so nice. I would recommend Alpha Automobile Sales to everyone I know. I am actually bringing my friend this weekend to get her a new vehicle. A few weeks ago, I bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe and I am completely in love with that vehicle. The people there were so nice and understanding. They helped me when no one else would. My name is Mike Tibdeaux, I went to all different dealership and they all said I need a co-signer. But Thank God for Alpha Automobile Sales, They are on Johnston Street, the last dealership going towards Maurice. They put me in a nice 06 Chevy Impala and now I can establsih my credit. They have good sales people. My salesman was John.

I had a very nice sales person. However, the interest rates are outrageous! Who wants to pay 10,000 dollars for a car that is only worth 5,000? Not Me! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I test drove a black mercury cougar there; the ride was horrible. I don't believe they service their vehicles either! Please be careful!!!
