I had a move coming up pretty quick and I needed as much assistance as possible so I placed my information online and a couple different companies gave me a call and practically harassed me, Safe and Secure is one of the only companies who did not call me 20 times an hour. I was pretty skeptical as I did hear plenty of bad things about hiring a mover but there was no way I could move over 1200 miles with no help. The movers packed up my valuable items and I packed the rest and let me just say, I wish I would've had them come in and pack everything. They did all of the heavy lifting and moving and I just sat back and watched. They did a marvelous job on site and took good care of my belongings. The only issue I had is delivery took a little bit longer than I expected but they did let me know. I am happy I chose to go with Safe and Secure.

I was a bit skeptical about going with a moving company because a lot of my belongings were antiques and valuable and fragile items. I am not in shape to move myself but I also did not want my life long belongings to be ruined. I had no clue where to start, the first company I called did not make a good first impression, they had zero customer service skills and that is the last thing I wanted. I had a couple of phone calls before speaking with Safe and Secure Van Lines and I was not pleased until I spoke with Safe and Secure. My moving representative told me everything I wanted to hear. They were the only company that spoke about packing my precious items and wrapping of all my furniture. These guys are miracle workers! So quick and such hard workers. My fragile items were taking great care of and I am so pleased with the service I received.

Let me start off by saying moving has never been something that I like or enjoy doing and I am sure that goes for everyone, I had NO idea where to start for my across country move and then my best friend recommend a moving company to help assist. At first I was pretty hesitant because I have heard the horror stories so I did a lot of research and spoke to plenty of moving companies and I loved what Safe and Secure had to offer.
Day of pick up went so smooth. They arrived early morning and were only at my place for about 3 hours, even though it is only a small apartment I feel like things were quick and efficient. They wrapped up everything for me, loaded all of my belongings, and helped me take something to the garbage which I know was not included but they offered to help which I highly appreciated.
Day of delivery went smooth as well and took place a lot quicker than I anticipated. They called me the day before they arrived and gave me a time frame the movers would arrived and they showed up right on time. As they were unloading I was getting nervous just wondering what my furniture looks like.. but everything arrived perfect!! I was so beyond happy. They placed everything in the rooms I wanted and unwrapped the furniture.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, we communicated the whole move, they were affordable and hard working!! Thank you Safe and Secure for ALL the hard work.

Secure Van Lines were easy to talk with and willing to take the time to discuss different options with me. They were open to any callbacks or follow-ups with their communication and other questions. Thank You for your pro service.

The team that was sent out to move us was very professional and hard working. They took the time to make sure everything was well protected and secured for the trip to our new home. Adam was a great team lead and did a wonderful job managing our expectations.

Friendly and professional service was provided from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful. They kept me informed and provided a discount even though the hiccups couldn't be avoided or anticipated. John was the head mover and he was the best!! They worked hard, fast and efficiently. Secure Van Lines is fantastic company to work with. We had originally hired another company but when they did not arrived. In a last minute scramble we hired them and it was hassle free experience with them. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are very reliable, punctual, and easy to work with.

They went above and beyond to ensure our move was stress free. They even carried items that were extremely heavy to the trash bin for me. My move was very smooth and I was extremely impressed with theses 3 guys - they were terrific.

Great experience! This was my first time hiring movers. Their crew called ahead of time, were right on time, were very friendly, took great care to wrap and package things, and were SUPER FAST. A 3 man crew moved my two bedroom townhouse an hour away in 5 hours on the dot. I got price estimates from a couple of companies but most were confusing. Secure Van LInes were straightforward and responded quickly. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks, crew! Seriously, stop filling out estimate request forms and go with these guys.

The crew for my recent move showed up on time, worked fast, and were very polite/courteous. They did everything I asked them to do without hesitation. They were very fast, very efficient & made it a priority that my valuables were moved with care.
