My experience at Ascent Audiology has been excellent. Everyone at Ascent Audiology is very friendly and professional. I have enjoyed my experience there and they helped ease my anxiety about transitioning to using a hearing aid. My questions have been answered in a way that I understand (no audiologist mumbo jumbo), which is very important to me as everything is very new to me. I would recommend them for anyone with hearing issues!!

Excellent customer service starting at the front desk! And the docs are personable and offer great technical service. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing any solution to hearing needs.

This place was great. The service was great and I like how they handle my son hearing aids and also recommend me to change the tube on my son hearing aids every six months I recommend this place to anyone who has hearing aids for better hearing experience.

Superb Service

My experience has been superb with Ascent. My hearing is so much better in meetings when people are not talking loud or mumbling. But it also improved my balance. The service is so helpful.

Hear what you're missing

You don't know what you've been missing until you start hearing well. Maybe you can hear people talking but can't understand all that they are saying [poor comprehension]. I've been wearing hearing aids for many years but my current set just had it's 7th anniversary! So I took a one-week test drive on a pair of Starkey Xions from Ascent Audiology. After running me through a hearing test in a sound-proof booth, they programmed aids to compensate for my high-frequency loss --think women's voices. I put them to every listening test I could think of that week and they performed magnificently! No feed-back buzz. Close to 100% comprehension -- even in a lecture hall and again in a restaurant. Things I used to have to strain to hear sounded normal. Amazing. If your hearing is less than perfect, test Starkey wireless aids and you too will be able to hear what you've been missing.

I've needed hearing aids for decades--too many rock concerts in the 1970's and other reasons. I'm still in the breaking-in process for my hearing aids, so I haven't yet experienced the full high-frequency compensation benefit. However, in the past two weeks I've experienced a positive change in my hearing and I look forward to experiencing the full benefits.

I went to Ascent after having been to about four other locations. My first visit made a great impression on me regarding the degree of concern about my hearing, the professional, caring approach, and the friendly attitude. The options that were explained to me regarding hearing aids, and the way this information was presented was a relief compared to some of the other audiologists I had encountered. I trusted what I was being told. After several years, my opinion has not changed. Always great service and straight talk!
