We purchased an eco water system from Eco Water of las vegas. Best decision we ever made. Great equipment and great service. Thank you. We would do it again.

I have owned an Ecowater system for 15 years so when my unit developed a leak there was no doubt who to contact for service. They were quick and prompt to schedule the service call. Tech arrived right on time and unfortunately delivered some bad news after diagnosing my unit. The head had cracked and since unit was so old it was going to be almost impossible to locate a replacement part. Economic times being what they are I was not in a position to upgrade my system. Brian and William kept me in mind as they came across an older unit that might be in my price range. The return to LV hard water was wearing hard on my family and our laundry! I agreed to purchase unit and delivery date was set. The day before delivery I received a phone call from Brian telling me that the unit was not up to his standard and he would not be sending that unit to me; instead because "we had a deal" he was going to send me a new "in box" unit at the agreed price. Needless to say I was flabbergasted and appreciative. Thank you Brian from our whole household for going above and beyond to keep our deal. I strongly recommend Ecowater soft water system to anybody. My old unit went 15 years with only one minor service call and delivered super soft water. These units are well worth the investment.

We purchased a home with some water problems. One solution was to replace a defective water softener with a Central Water Filtration System which is what we did. That solved a couple of those problems. After purchasing the system, we learned that we had other water issues to address first. The people of Ecowater Systems were kind and worked with us until they could install the unit. i can only praise these people. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend them. We are enjoying great water because of their recommendation and service.

I recently purchased a water softener and drinking system from Ecowater Systems of Las Vegas. The equipment has made a huge difference in my water. We bought the first condtioner for our home in Las Vegas. Then moved so bought another for the new place. I also put in a RO system that is absoutely the best thing we have. Diane and Brian have been very knowledgeable about their product and are so prompt with the installations.
