1/21/2011@5:30pmIf your looking to rent a car with cash down vs. credit or debit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with GUS at Global Auto on 1421 E. Sunset Rd, 89119! I was looking to do cash down for a weekly rental.I was picked up in a Red old beat up 2 door hatchback "chop/shop" Ford/Hyundai Accent, with a cracked, taped up back window, the doors had different colored door handles, the car smelled liked cat piss, cigarettes, etc! When I arrived, Gus informed me the car I was picked up in, would be the car I would rent. I was GREATLY disappointed and didn't want the car. Gus assured me& verbally promised to remedy the situation the following day. 1/22/2011@9:11amOn Saturday morning not only did Gus not have a car, when I requested my money back, Gus refused service, any options or resolution to my disappointment with his companys service and decided to enforce a 2day minium charge for cancelling my reservation, totaling $74.61 that he took out of a $502.57 deposit I paid. I left with no car!
