Recently, myself and 12 other cadets used TRU limo to hang out in the city. We got picked up at Grant Turn Around and took a ride into NYC while being on break. Usually, we get a van from Westpoint to Newark Liberty from TRU when we go home on break but this time we all decided to stay local so they sent us a nice limo and we hung out in the City.I have to admit that our car was clean and the driver was on time. We got to NYC and had fun all day Friday night and didnt get back to the dorm until early saturday morning. This is my first year here so my class started using this limo company because it was reccomended to us by upper classmen. They are really good at what they do and we will use them every chance we get.

We called several other limo companies before finally deciding to reserve a bus, we stopped by to see the bus and then booked a bus with Tru. Tru limousine had the best price for what I needed for the evening. We booked a 32 Passenger Party bus for me and my friends for a night in NYC. Our driver for the evening was extremely courteous and professional. The Bus was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Tru Limo to a friend and I would also book a car with them again. Overall, booking with Tru Limo was a pleasant experience and the price was the lowest. Dealing with the staff was easy and pleasant. I was showed the bus I wanted to reserve which was clean and smelled clean too. I made a note of the bus number and when it arrived, it was the exact bus they promised. ll the features described on the web page where there and all in working order. They are Tru to the bone and deliver what they promise.

Recently we contacted TRU again as we have been doing for several years. This company has handled all my business transportation personally and has taken care of many important colleagues from all over the country who have arrived in most major airports and taken to various locations throughout the tri-state area. We have used limousines, sedans and shuttle buses many times and since using TRU limousine in 1998, the service has been nothing but impeccable. We were contacted by TRU yesterday and asked to write a review because we had been advised that some individuals are on a smear campaign against this company. For all those who are searching for a great company, not only is this business personal, the owner himself has picked me up personal a few times and has even called to wish me happy birthday. I cannot comment on what was wriiten by this woman who has apparently been faced with adversity but I have read it was resolved. From an ethical and professional perspective, I would say that she has a motive to ruin but does not realize that myself like thousands of other satisfied customers have used TRU for years and will continue to do so. Yes, 12 years they have serviced my needs and the service is nothing but great. I recommend TRU the first time and everytime

We recently booked a limo for a bacherlorette party. We paid upfront for a set amount of time but were told that if we wanted to extend the time we will have to pay the driver. So on the day of the outing we extended the limo service till 3.15 we paid the driver the $100 in cash. When we approached the limo to take us back home at 2.35 the limo driver stated that he has to charge us for an additional hour and would not take us home unless we paid. We told him that we have paid him till 3.15 and 40 mins was ample time to reach our destination. If it exceeded the time we would give him more money but the distance was definitely not more than 30 mins away.The driver refused to open the door leaving 9 girls out in the cold. Finally when he did open the door he refused to leave and kept arguing with us till 3.00. He said we were drunk and we should pay. True we hired a limo service so we could drink and not have to drive home however not all of us drink or were drunk. We basically had to take our stuff out of the limo and cab it home. Honestly i'd give my money to a cab(even pay double, which wasn't the case) but refused to give him any more money coz it was a matter of principle. I think the driver was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. We did call the owner, Kevin and told him the situation from our cab but he hung up. We were home in 20 mins in a cab. Please be very careful of this business. There might be more negative posts here only because we were 9 disappointed women. This matter is going to the better business bureau. Rent from this company with caution. We had a very bad experience and personally would never recommend this limo service to anyone. NO STARS SHOULD BE AWARDED to this business. On Monday after the incident, Kevin told our friend who did the booking that he will fire the driver Larry Troy and refunded the money for the extra hour. We got our $100 back but Tru Limo needs to check who they hire in the first place and offer employee training. (the limo driver never once opened the door for us and they pride them selves that their chauffeurs are courteous) This is a service industry but this service was far below standards. Even though the money was returned, we still were inconvenienced and it was a bad end to a otherwise wonderful evening
