Stay away from this company!!! After paying them, I was told that they would begin to fix my computer in 10-15 minutes. Two hours later, I called them again because they hadn't even started yet. I was told that they would call me at 8:30 the next morning. At 9:00 I had to call them yet again, this time to cancel my transaction. Thanks, PC Care Support, for wasting my time. Now I have to spend today trying to find a reputable company to help me.

These guys are great. Found them online and they had my computer fixed in just a couple of hours. Brian and TJ were great to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Horrible experience. After 6 days of trying to get my email problems fixed, I still have the same problem. They actually made it worse. Will not respond to calls, emails or their chat. They guarantee refund if not satisfied or cannot solve the problem, but they refuse to refund 100%.

My experience with pc care support was great. I was referred over by my internet provider and they were very nice and helpful. They fixed my computer and called after and explained everything to me. I would recommend them to my friends.

I agree with 2 of the reviewers, they don't reply to emails nor answer my calls. very unprofessional. I want my money back!!!

I just wanted to write a quick note to say how professional, efficient and knowledgeable PCS is. They were able to undo all my mistakes and explain to me exactly what was done to clean it up. I am very happy with my service from PCS and will definitely be making another appointment to clean my laptop up. I am also recommending PCS to my family and friends who definitely need help with their computers.
