In a word, excellent. We live in San Francisco and had a very unpleasant experience with a dealership in the Bay Area, which caused us to look further afield for a certified used CR-V EX-L. We found a vehicle online and called. We worked with Elias to put a deal together. He was thoughful, responsive, and polite. The deal was really good, and we were about to make the 6 hour drive to Lompoc. However, Elias called us to let us know that Chris, the owner, was making the drive to San Francisco the next day and would drive the car to us. Wow. Chris was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He helped us sign the paperwork efficiently. All in all, a great experience.
