The BEST most friendly caring people! Bought our first 5th wheel from Reines and they truly treated us like family!! I highly recommend buying a camper from them. Doug, George, Ed and Frank were awesome!!!

My husband and I stopped at Reines RV with our kids as we were thinking that we might make a purchase. We spoke with Debbie who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. We did not decide to buy an RV that day but you can bet that when it is the right time we will be heading straight back there because they are definitely the best in the business.

I truly believe they are working to improve. My husband and I have been planning a trip to Houston, TX and Nashville, TN for the past 3 months. On Saturday, we discovered the leveling jacks and slide outs are not functional. Contacted the Service Department and spoke with Robert. Explained the situation and even though they are booked through the 1st week of December, he said to bring it in. I am hopeful my Extended Service Plan will cover the repairs so we can take our vacation

Followed Bryan Lehman to Reines RV to trade up. He told me it would happen and he was correct. He will be the one i go to when i trade up to diesel cause i already know that is going to happen also. He is awesome and a great asset to Reines. Approachable and thorough in his knowledge and explanations. He is the best.

I picked up the camper, brought it home, and we decided to wash it. After extending the awning, I notice it was torn pretty badly and the awning housing had been cracked. It was certainly not brought to Reines in that condition. I immediately sent some photos in an email to my service advisory at Reines. After two days I followed up and he got back to me saying the service manager was getting involved. From having bad experiences in the past I was preparing for quite a battle over getting this fixed. When the manager called later that afternoon, he simply said "no need to discuss this further, we're going to take care it"... and I am happy to say that today Reines followed through on that promise. Nice customer service!

We recently moved to the area and really had no intentions of buying another motor home. However, due to the shock of the housing market here, we decided our money would be better spent in a newer motor home (our 3rd in 12 years) and live in it. The majority of the people in the campground closest to the dealership discouraged going to Reines for anything but to purchase in the store. We went anyway to see for ourselves. It has been the greatest RV purchase experience we have had. The people were very friendly, they beat any of the four deals we had previously been offered, and worked with us in acquiring finance and the down payment. We took possession of the new unit last weekend. Yes, the service department needs a little more leadership and guidance as to how to prepare a unit for the customer and how they present the unit to the customer in the walk-thru. Overall, the people were very friendly and the dealership has gone out of it's way to make sure we are satisfied customers.

On our "maiden voyage," the 2014 motorhome I bought exhibited a number of issues which required servicing/repair. I was apprehensive about taking the RV there because of some negative reviews I had read, and also because it seemed to me that I had to wait longer than expected for a return phone call to schedule the service visit. However, my experience turned out to be very positive. On leaving the vehicle at the dealership, Ed (who is, I believe, the service manager) walked through it with me and carefully took note of each problem. Two days later, he called to say that the vehicle was ready for pick-up, all problems resolved. When I arrived to pick it up, he went over each item, explaining the findings and the corrective action taken. On my subsequent inspection, all seemed to be in order and the problems resolved as promised. I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner.

We had a good experience with the sales person and the inspection. During our walk through all of our questions were answered.

Our experience started by an e-mail about information on a shadow cruiser they advertised on their site. Well the e-mails were informational and in answered all your question and concerns. They held the trailer and we went down to pick it up. From the minute we arrived there, the employees were so helpful and went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. The trailer was exactly what they promised and more! We know we will be very happy with our new purchase and will be doing business with Reines RV again!
