Really appreciate the online scheduling system and ability to upload all info online beforehand and save time during the office visit. Dr. Perlman was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and prescribing medication. When the pharmacy was out of stock, he called my house to let me know that he had put in a second prescription for a substitute. Really appreciate the level of care and attention!

He was extremely patient and thorough. He explained the whole procedure to me and kept me informed every step of the way.

I was having very frequent nosebleeds and after Dr. Perlman listened he was ready to help me out. He decided to cauterize my nose and gave me a full explanation of what to expect afterwards. Great visit!

Dr. Perlman was so good with my 3 year old! He was patient. He listened and addressed all my concerns. My 3 year year did some damage after his first cauterization in the morning , and Dr. Perlman had us come in and fit us in on before the holiday weekend to try it again. It’s a bit of a drive for us but so worth it!

This was my first encounter with Dr Pearlman, but from now on, he is my ENT doctor. He was engaged, listened and diagnosed my condition. He treated me for it and gave me tools to further help it.

Dr. Perlman was great from the beginning of the process through to the end. He made sure I understood the risks involved and what the recovery wouldn't entail. I am breathing much better. The only negative is the online appointment process. He is an ENT, but if you say you have a sore throat, they won't make an appointment. They then tell you to lie on the form, and say that you do not have a sore throat, in order to complete it. They also weren't sure what several of the questions on the form meant, but said to just complete the form anyway.

Dr. Pearlman was very responsive. He treated me with both appropriate concern and described each treatment to me. He was humorous and reassuring. I had complete confidence in his skill for diagnosis and treatment.

Excellent experience

I have a terrible wax problem causing my hearing to be impaired and my balance to be off. He cleans out the wax all the time and everything is immediately improved. Been a patient for many years and my son and daughter are patients too. I trust him implicitly
