My family and I have use this facility time after time and we get numerous storage units.
The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful and responds very quickly if there is ever an issue that arises.
This is the only storage facility I would never recommend anybody use.

When my husband and I needed a storage unit fast, Penny made it extremely easy! She took us to view different sized units, so we knew exactly how much space we needed. We were so grateful for the help and knowledge!
We knew this was the right facility for us, as we both grew up in Manteca (over 40 years), and this place has been running successfully The.Whole.Time. I know that my belongings are safe with Security Public Storage! ♥

Staff is nice and reserving a storage unit was a breeze. The facility is very clean and secure. Hours to access the units are very convenient. This is the second time I’ve used this facility to store my stuff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Office staff is always polite and professional. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Security seems to be prioritized. Zero issues to date.

I’ve been renting here for a while now and would recommend to anyone. The ladies in the office are all smiles and we always have a nice time talking. I know my things are safe with them.

The lady’s at this storage have been so helpful with the transitions of my life! I was able to downsize and got a great deal. They are kind and friendly every time we speak and it’s crazy how safe i feel with my items there in storage! Thank you

I've been using this storage facility for a couple years now and have never had any problems! The management is always so friendly and kind when you come in and very accommodating. I don't always remember to pay exactly on a certain day of the month (bc life gets busy) but there's a grace period and they always try to contact you before you get a late fee.

Moving from San Jose was a big move for myself. Before I signed up with Security Public Storage I shopped around to see what my options were. From start to finish the entire process was smooth. If I had questions they were answered and the ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Glad I shopped around and found Security Public Storage.

I have stored my stuff here for quite some time now and have nothing bad to say. Service is outstanding and very clean facility! Always feel safe and comfortable with my belongings here. The office ladies are always willing and available to help with any issues i may have.

The only storage facility I would recommend and use in Manteca, Ca. I previously used Security Public Storage for 7 months. During that time I received excellent customer service and zero complaints on the facility itself. I recently moved and needed to rent a storage again so I immediately called Security Public Storage, the front desk is so friendly, helpful, and outgoing over the phone and in person. I love that each unit has a password to enter/exit the gated facility and unarm/arm each unit.

Love this storage facility!! The rent is one of the cheapest in town!! We moved here after another facility raised their prices, they are professional and so sweet! Someone is always there lending a helping hand, I’m so glad we went with this facility!

Security Public Storage is not just good, not just great, but simply the greatest off-site public storage facility in the San Joaquin Valley. It is kept sparkling broom clean by co-managers Penny and Melissa, and both of them are client advocates, always looking out for the best interests of their customers, whether the need be to move in, upsize, downsize or move out. Penny and Melissa understand the function of off-site storage and continuously do what is necessary to make it convenient and economical for one to store one’s chattels. This is the only storage facility in Manteca that you need to check out. Believe me.

Great facility, very clean, fantastic staff (Penny and Melissa). Staff is very helpful and patient with any questions you might have. I recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage.
