Also a great experience -- twice. Most recently, I had a deep scratch on a side panel of my Sonata. They repaired it like new for less than it would have cost just to buy the replacement panel (much less painting it, and installation labor).

Being a very meticulous consumer, I was skeptical about taking my wife's 2003 Yukon Denali anywhere. This was our first auto body incident and I was nervous about where to start. However, after doing my online research and due diligence of "shopping around", I decided to go with Classic Collision They were very pleasant and honest when it came to explaining the entire claims and repair process over the phone and during my first visit. I am sure that many other auto-body repair shops could have matched the flawless workmanship, but the customer service is where Classic stood out. My initial experience with the staff was continued with much appreciated "hand-holding" throughout the remainder of the process. I was provided updates as well as clear instructions on what to fax, what to sign, etc.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon and they fixed my minor scratch and mirror issue in about 30 minutes. They beat my dealers quote by about $400. Couldn't have asked for a better service experience.

I decided this place was worth a try, especially after a recent incident where a drunken fool backed into my tail light, and said it "jumped in his way!" yeah, whatever. Anyhow, I had called around to my dealership and a few other places to get an idea of what the damage could cost, figuring a new tail light cover wouldn't be that much, and was getting quotes anywhere from $1000 to $1500. Really, for a tail light cover??? But thankfully I scoured the web and found CC. They only had the car for 4 hours and I was able to pick it up at lunch and they had replaced the light cover, buffed out the scratches, and fixed the dent all for under $300. I was in a stupor and disbelief, how could there be auto repair places that don't want to gauge you and actually be honest???

I had to come on and let you all know that this is a GREAT place to go if you need work done on your car. I had a great experience and they were fast and honest and got me back on the road in no time at all. Big thanks!

I've never seen a more professional body shop in my life! From the moment I set foot in the door, everyone was so helpful and understanding. They let me know about all aspects of the repair and called me with updates. When I picked up my car it felt like the day I bought it. Thanks guys, you ROCK!

Every staff member I spoke too was kind and eager to help. I was treated like an important client even though my car needed only moderate repairs from a low speed collision. I was able to bring my car in right away for an assessment of the damage. If you don't want any hassle, want to be treated with respect, and want your car looking fantastic, give these guys a call!

Can't beat these guys for quality of service and getting the work done on schedule which is a bonus when you're counting on your car being ready at a certain time.

A couple of weeks ago I backed into a huge truck with two hitches in front. I put a slight hole through the bumper of my fiance's Audi A4. The local Audi dealership recommended Classic Collision and we ended up going with them because they seemed the most knowledgeable about the situation. It took 9 days to fix and part of the problem was that the bumper they ordered took three days to get there instead of the usual 1-2 days. When I picked up the car it was freshly washed (even though I took it in pretty dusty) and looked great. The bumper was fixed and they painted two additional pieces to make sure that the paint matched. It looked like new.

Xcellent service! these guys know what they're talking about and will go the extra mile for you. Ive been going to them and only them for 5 years and I don't even live in the area anymore, they're worth the drive. They have fair and reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a honest, dependable and all-around outstanding auto shop this is the place. You wont regret it.
