We had our first appointment couple of weeks ago. Our technician was Ben Sykora who was very friendly, professional and patient. He explained what he was doing and went over the different things he had done at the end of the service. He answered all our questions in detail. 5 stars!

Brandon Mullis, our most recent tech always takes the time to ask for any specific needs we may have and addresses them promptly. Its refreshing to work with folks that actually care about customer satisfaction and take pride in their work!

Bulwark is awesome!!! We had an infestation caused by a filthy renter and they keep coming out at no charge to get it under control! Jose Rojas Rivera is a great tech and should be a highly valued employee of your company!!!

Being a new customer I wasn't sure what to expect. Our Tech, Tierra Watson, was great. She took the time to answer my questions, was very professional, and got right to work. She did an excellent job. Being a business owner for over 30 years, I could use a dozen, just like her!!

This was our first time hiring Bulwark Extermination services and what a great experience it was. Jose was the technician that came and he was on time and did a wonderful job explaining everything every step of the way. He also listened to all my concerns and answered thoroughly all the questions I had. Jose Rojas was very knowledgable and there was no pressure at all to buy any other services. Great overall pest control service for a fair price. I would definatly have them come back again if we needed it.

We had a great experience with Bulwark. Our Tech was Donald. He was on time, did the job right, and was out by the time they said he would be. He was very personable as well as the staff I spoke with on the phone to set up the appt. They said they would come back in between service times if necessary. I've seen no evidence of any insects. Good price for quality service.

This was the first time we have ever used an exterminator and I wasn't expecting our tech David Woollen to be as nice as he was. He was a pleasure to work with and offered me tips for other pests that aren't usually sprayed for. He was great with our dog and he even made sure he shut the gate to the back yard without me asking him to do so, and that's very important to me having a dog. Thank you David and Bulwark for the pleasant experience.

This is the first time we have used this company and was throughly impressed. Rich Wood was extremely helpful and sprayed the windows and around the pipes, something our previous company never offered. Rich was very cooperative and professional.

This has been my second time in need of exterminating services and the first company I went with was all around a disappointment so this time I was a little apprehensive to spend more money on what could once again be a waste of time. However i contacted bulwark and asked them to send someone out as soon as they could to my surprise two days later david Woollen shows up at my door. It was a surprise mainly because my wife actually contacted them and my phone was on silent so I missed the thirty minute warning call that he was coming (my fault). He was very thorough and had a ton of tips and tricks as far as protecting my home from creepy crawlers. The best aspect though was how personable he was which to most people wouldn't matter but I'm not a big fan of letting strangers into my home but David is such a nice guy you never find yourself sitting there trying to ignore the stranger walking throughout your home. In my future bug killing needs I won't be calling anyone else.
