No one to help you.Also the kid center is always unavailable lots of people saying there busy won’t be going back to Monrovia store plus not what I was hoping for

Great quality, value and style. Their sales people are not commission and I got it delivered the same day.

We purchased a sofa loveseat and a recliner and the salesperson sold us on the extended warranty stating that everything was covered for five years. They even started that tears were also covered, example he stated that if you sat down on the sofa and had a knife in your pocket and cut it that it would be covered. Said it was perfect if you had kids. Well a little over two years later and 3 years left on the extended warranty my daughter notices that the material is bubbling up and within a couple of days it starts piling off. We call the extended warranty number and are told that it is considered a manufacturer defect and not covered and suggested that we call living spaces. We called living spaces and are promptly told that the manufacturer only has a 12 month limited warranty. So what good is the extended warranty and do you really want to purchase a product that no one wants to give a decent warranty to, at the very least cover it materials? Note that these pieces were seldom used.

This place has come up a lot and has much nicer, more current, more durable furniture than they used to. But it's a very strange place to shop. Their floor sales personnel track you via walkie talkie as you move through the store from section to section and often stand nearby watching you as if they're afraid you're going to stuff a sofa in your pants. Not sure what this sales approach is designed to accomplish.
