This cab company is the worst company ever. They do not care about their customers, they are unreliable, and you are lucky if they show up. I wouldn't even give a star at all if I had a choice. I can't count how many times I have been forced to use this company because it's the only thing available. For example of their service: today we called them at 3:20 pm to go get food. Around 4:50 we called them again and kept getting busy signals. When we finally got through after calling 15 times and letting it ring for 20 some times we told them we had been waiting an hour and a half and wanted to know what was going on. They told us we were still on the list, that they only had 3 drivers and that his second shift doesn't come on for another hour but he would get to us as soon as he had a cab free. It is now 7:53 and we have not heard from them or seen a cab. This is ridiculous! Sometimes they take appointments, other times they don't. Sometimes they get here in 5 minutes, but mostly you are waiting at least an hour if you see a cab at all. We need another company in this town badly!

This cab service is horrible, they are unprofessional, they have smelly cabs and the service is just horrible. Being that this is the only cab comapny is Morgantown, WV, they are like a monopoly and they feel like they could treat customers who are paying valuable money any kind of way because they know there is not another cab comapny to go to in town. Someone needs to start up their own cab company in the Morgantown area. The cab drivers text while driving and a lot of them are not alert while driving. If you can use any service other than the cab service please do so, this should be your last resort.

I've had terrible service with this place more times than I've had good service. I've cancelled rides from them several times because they were taking too long. I called at 3:30 on a Monday and ended up having to cancel the ride and my plans because I was tired of waiting, for almost an hour. This business is absolutely AWFUL and I hope competition comes in to town soon. It's frustrating enough not having a car, but not having a reliable ride from a company that is supposed to offer just that is beyond infuriating.

Six friends and I were about 1 and 1/2 miles away from our destination and decided to call Yellow Cab. On the side of the cab it said the rates, which were around 2 dollars for the first mile and 35 cents for every mile after. He did NOT start the meter when in the cab. Once we arrived at our destination the cab driver charged us 5$ PER PERSON! Then when we refused to pay the 30$ he called the police on us! YELLOW CAB WILL RIP YOU OFF! HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUDE AND UNEDUCATED CAB DRIVERS!

We are so much in need of a co...

We are so much in need of a competition cab company. 3 times has been an unpleasant experience. First time, I called an hour before I had to be at the airport. I told them I had to be there at 9:30 am, they arrived to pick me up at 9:40. I almost missed my flight

The second time I called 3 hours early, they said just call when you're ready. They couldn't take appointments. I told them they were late last time. They said they will just do the best they can to get me there. So I drove myself to the airport. They said there was nothing else they could do.

About five minutes ago, I called again to come pick me up. It was 8:55 am on 1/6/13. She said, ok, when I have a cab free, I'll send it. I said I need to get there by 9:30, she said I can't guarantee it. I asked her what time I need to call to make sure I arrive at 9:30 for now on, She said I don't know. I told her I may not be here when they cab arrives if they are late again. She said fine, drive your own car. I said I was just informing them that they may lose the business. She said she didn't need the business. I asked her if she was the owner, she said no. I said the owner would probably like to know that you are turning down business. she hung up on me. So, I'm driving my own car to the airport.

This is what happens when they are the only game in town. I, again want to push for another cab company in Morgantown to keep this company more customer service oriented,.

i needed a cab from morgantown...

i needed a cab from morgantown, wv to the morgantown airport. i told the lady the address, and she asked how to get there, and she said "um, we dont pick people up there"...they wont pick you up in the same town that they are in?.....come on, now i have to leave my truck at the airport for 2 weeks!...why not just say, i dont feel like driving across town right now.
