Not to use it. Twice, they've left me stranded and never showed up. Use mr. nice guy taxi. They're punctual and super nice. PDQ shouldn't even be in business.

Gee! I really don't understand all the bad press on this company. I've been taking taxis for over forty years and if a taxi company was this bad they would not last long! Rude drivers do not get tips. I really thank PDQ is one of the better taxis I've ridden in. I give them 5 stars!

please dont use this company they are never on time and they are very disrespectful to their customers.

This company is not any good, I've been late using then 5 out of 7 times and all but one driver either hits on you or tryes to make you pay more. The one driver Robert quit good for him bad for us do not use this company.....,

If for some reason you can't find the number for any of other taxi companies in Muncie and have to use this one, here are some tips:

1. Get the total up front when you make the call, cus almost every driver I've used from there tried to 'modify' the price.

2. Use this one if you're just going to the store or somewhere that you don't have to be immediately, cus the name is a joke (they don't even cut you a deal when they're over an hour late).

3. Don't let your kid or teenager ride with them alone, there have been multiple stories of drivers telling kids their parents forgot to pay, and they will try to make your kid pay out of their pocket.
