I was very pleased with the service I recently received from Dale's Repair. He came and picked up my riding mower after hours and had it back to me in about a week. He did a great job and made the process very seamless and reasonable. Price was reasonable as well. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for honest service.

So disappointed. I chose Dale's based upon the reviews I found here. I hired Dale to fix my riding mower. It was running rough and kept throwing the deck belt. Dale identified the problem (so I thought) as the carb and a loose deck pulley. He said he rebuilt the carb, fixed the pulley, sharpened the blades, replaced air filter, etc. he originally quoted me $155, but changed that 3 times due to incorrectly calculating. It ended up being over $220.

Mower was returned and I was excited to mow my lawn. On the first pass, the mower died and would not start - exactly same as before sending to Dale. I called him and he apologized - said he should've tested before sending back. Sent his man to come and pick it up to "make it right." Lawn now not able to be mowed another week.

Dale doesn't call for days. When he does, he informs me that my PTO clutch broke while he was testing my mower. Said it was " just one of those things." Said the part was over $170. To add insult to injury, he says he will charge me the full labor amount to fix it! I am sick to my stomach that this has turned into a $500 job, but I am so far in, I feel like I have no choice. He says he fixes it and drops it off after another week.

I receive the mower back and after 10 min, the pulley that he charged me to fix fails again!! I am frustrated beyond belief. I email Dale telling him what had happened and asked him to contact me ASAP. Guess what - Dale never responded back.

Worst experience ever. Please use caution and avoid this shop. His skill and customer service were nothing like the reviews described.

Reasonable prices and good service. They picked up my mower and delivered it back to my home. Explained all services done. Call them before calling anyone else.

Dale is a great small mechanic! I took my riding mower to him and he charged me a very reasonable rate. After using the mower I realized it still wasn't quite right. I called Dale about it and he told me to bring it back and he would make it right. That is exactly what he did! He didn't charge me any extra money to get it right!

We recently went to Dale's Small Engine for the first time. My husband ordered a part for our lawn mower. Dale was extremely helpful in finding the part we needed. He also got the part in for us with his regular weekly order so that we didn't have to pay separate shipping. The level of customer service was great and we would recommend his business to anyone needing parts or service for their small engine. Can't say enough great things about this business!

This was my first time using Dale to repair my riding mower. Tried to use my usual repair person, but was told it would be about a month before I would get my mower back. Found Dale in the yellow pages and gave him a call. Trey came and picked up my mower the next day and I had it back in less than a week (had to order a part)! Very happy with the customer service and the mower was repaired correctly, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to any one looking for a mower repair person. Will call them again in the future when I need service.

Dale and everyone at his Small Engine Repair shop were so good to work with. They picked up our mower the day we called and had it checked out by day two. Dale called with a fantastic quote and charged us exactly that. It's great to still find honest and hard working people to work with. We will be back.

Dale's performed service on my Troy built weedeater in a very professional manner, at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing small engine repairs.

Dale's was quick with high quality service at a very affordable price. There new building is large enough to handle anything brought to them. Dale's could have charged me for a complete overhaul to my pressure washer and I would not have know the difference. Instead, I was offered a can of an engine restorer for only about $12 and they even put it in for me and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Dale's will not try to sell you something you don't need and will treat you fair. I will certainly go back when I need small engine help.

Dale was very helpful and taught me what he was doing and did an unbelievable job at a great price.

Dale came and picked up my mower when it broke down on a job and dropped off his personal mower for me to finish. He then took it back to his shop and fixed it and I have never had a problem with it since!!!! Dale carries just about any part needed for any mower, trimmer or chainsaw so its more convient instead of going to home depot !! I also purchased a green machine trimmer from him recently and love it!!!! I will recommend his work and friendship for life!

Dale repaired my Troy-Built lawnmower. I couldn't keep it running. Dale thoroughly went over the mower and took care of everything that needed addressing.... Blade sharpened, new filters, oil changed, etc. besides the new carburetor kit and adjustments. Its cutting better and running more efficiently (taking less fuel) than it ever did! I will definitely be going to Dale for all of my small engine and lawn equipment needs. Thank you very much Dale!
