COREY AND GARY INSTALLED OUR NEW HEATING/AC UNIT ON 1/3/2015. THEY WERE COMPLETELY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK. THEY WORKED CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT TAKING A BREAK OR LUNCH. IT WAS A DIFFICULT JOB AS THEY WERE CONVERTING OUR UNIT FROM A ONE ZONE SYSTEM TO A TWO ZONE SYSTEM WHICH REQUIRED MOVING A LOT OF DUCT WORK,ETC. THEY CLEANED ALL THE AREA AFTER THEY WERE DONE EVEN INSISTING ON SWEEPING THE FLOOR AND STAIRS WHICH I TOLD THEM I WOULD DO. COREY AND GARY SHOULD BE COMMENDED ON THEIR WORK ETHICS AND THEIR PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I REALLY ENJOYED THEIR CONVERSATION WHEN THEY WERE EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME ABOUT THE UNIT. THEY MADE IT SO I COULD UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

Cecil and Keith did an amazing job. They responded quickly and took the time to do a good job. They were very professional and courteous! I would definitely recommend these two guys for any plumbing needs you may have.

Alex did an outstanding job at our home. He was extremely professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable.

Danny Rose with ARS Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach is excellent! We had a malfunction with our garbage disposal. He came out the same day we called. He explained what the issue was and exactly how much it would cost. He also gave us an estimate on other work that I wanted to have completed. I would highly recommend him.

Dan Rose from ARS got here on time and was very professional in handling the plumbing inspection. He answered all my question and made some suggestions for future plumbing issues that may occur.

Justin did a great job, answered our questions and gave us suggestions on our heating and cooling system and did a through inspection.

Anthony did a maintenance service check for us and I was really impressed by his professionalism . He explained exactly what he was going to accomplished on the visit and took the time to show me the different components of our system and provided us with some good recommendations to make the unit better. He was also very courteous and easy to talk to.

Always quick, courteous service

We have used ARS several times since we moved here. Christine is always very friendly and helpful. She keeps in touch when sending a tech out and lets us know exactly when he will arrive. Keith, the tech, is also very friendly and efficient. He had the problem fixed in no time.

Danny Rose provided excellent service and represented ARS Myrtle Beach professionally. He reviewed a list of possible items needing replacement or repairs as well as checking other possible issues with our plumbing system. Our hot water heater was found to be in bad shape. It had already started to rust-out and had started small leaks. We are very pleased that he found issues that I am sure would have led to damage shortly if not immediately replaced. Danny was able to get a new heater delivered and changed-out the old unit immediately. He replaced a damaged toilet while on-site as well. We are planning a replacement of a custom bathroom vanity in the immediate future and hope Danny Rose will be available to complete the plumbing portion of the project. We are very satisfied with ARS from 1st contact by phone through completion of the work. Thanks ARS!
