Dr Sloan and his staff were great.The staff was attentive and very courteous from check in to check out.All questions were answered clearly with detailed descriptions.Dr Sloan even took the time to call me the night of my surgery to ask me how I was doing, that has not happened since I got my tonsils out 60 years ago.The call was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr.Sloan and his staff

I was having difficulty with my vision . I thought it would be a simple matter of prescription change. That was hardly the case ! I was diagnosed with cataracts and glaucoma!
I was a bit taken back to say the least.
Following thorough exams it was determined that I would need surgery!
The surgery was painless as was the recovery.
My sight is perfect.

Eye opener to say the least. From introduction to incision, pre-op surgery to post-op surgery care was great.

From the moment I arrived at Coastal Eye Group’s surgical facility in Georgetown, I was met by welcoming, efficient staff. All personnel explained the process and what to expect. The nurses were amazing, as they explained each step of the procedure along the way and what was to happen. I am a nurse myself and have high expectations of other health care professionals. They went beyond!! I appreciated it greatly, as I was nervous about the cataract removal. In my world, operating on one’s eye takes precision and skill.Dr. Sloan is an awesome experienced ophthalmologist and I trust him totally with my eye care. He and his staff are an excellent team of professionals. I am to have the other eye done next week, and my apprehension is greatly reduced. Thank you!!
