Very good car buying experience. We bought a car from Autohaus from across the country. Bill Pahl was a pleasure to work with. He was very straight forward and accommodating to our concerns buying from a distance. Bill did everything he could to make us comfortable. We never did see the car in person prior to purchase. When we received the car, it was exactly as represented in the photos, video, and by Bill in our conversations. Unfortunately, the car did have some minor damage sustained during shipping. After repeated attempts by me to resolve the issue with the 3rd party shipper, I contacted Bill. He immediately took over and was able to obtain financial restitution from the shipper. He did not have to do this. It just reflects his commitment to customer service. I would absolutely buy another car from the Autohuas

A great experience! I've purposely waited, until now to complete this review, because I wanted to make sure that we gave every opportunity for success or failure and I'm very happy top report SUCCESS! We purchased our Mercedes CLK 350 convertible back in September of 2015 and have had ZERO issues. The car runs great and we have also been back for service since our original purchase and have been very happy with the entire experience. Travis was fantastic! I'm in the automobile business and work for a new car OEM and have heard all about the "horror stories" of the "typical" used car store. When a new "car-guy" gives a used car store a "thumbs-up" then you know it's a great place to shop and shop and buy with confidence. Great job Autohaus and to anyone reading this, feel comfortable giving these guys a chance to earn your business.

My husband and I bought 3 cars from Autohaus and we were very happy. They offered great service and the cars was in impeccable condition.

He called us but it was just too far of a distance. He was helpful and had soem creative ideas of how we could get the car but we did not follow up.

Want a nice car, maybe; want a great car? Absolutely! Exceptional low mileage premier cars are rare but Autohaus sells nothing but great automobiles. Bill, Peter, and his staff find very special Florida cars and will sell you one for a fair price. I couldn't have had a better experience and I love my Porsche

I am a customer of Auto Haus for many years and I will tell you I would not let anybody else touch my cars beside those guys.They are excellent professionals.Last week I brought my Mercedes S 500 with a" check engine light" on and I thought I would be in a big trouble.They took in the car and just had to reset the code they would not even charge me for it,I was impressed how honest they are.They could come up with many histories but they did not. I recomend Auto Haus to all my friends

Great service for my Mercedes

Had my 07 Mercedes in for Service and Alignment. Got car back fixed, washed and vacuumed. They provided me with a funny smart loaner car for the day. Don't plan to go to Costco that they, but worked out fine. Spend $ 4,25 to fill it back up after driving it that day - couldn't beat that.
