After multiple failed attempts to locate our balcony leak and sealing it, American Decking & Waterproofing was able to do that. They came in time for their initial appointment and we went over all the history of our balcony. We decided to do a water test on the balcony so we can pinpoint where the leak is coming from. They were able to find the problem and seal the leak and the whole balcony.

The guys were always on time, they were very clean and very respectful. They manager Carlos was also very nice and came each and every day to check on the work. We are very pleased with our newly waterproof porch.
