I'm looking for 2 and 3 bedroom here in Huntsville AR.

Overall the best! Always friendly, prompt and explains the process well.

I have never used this business before but the reviews seem good.

Great apartment for student and families, I love the view from my apartment and the staff are very helpful

I worked here for 2.5 years and loved it. I was a leasing consultant for Sunset Pointe Apartments and lived on site. The complex is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation. The management is responsive and the neighborhood is in a good location. Overall, it's a great place to live and work!

I have been living in the Mountain View Apartments going on two years now. So far, I love the experiences I have had. They are clean and organized. They have friendly property managers and dedicated maintenance that ensures our building is taken care of inside and out. I will definitely continue to live here and enjoy my time spent at Mountain View Apartments.

I adored my co-workers and gained a great deal of knowledge working with them as a family. We leased many apartments and were always improving our resident retention efforts by throwing fun parties and big events to let them know we care about them. Obviously leasing apartments it a concern but maintaining relationships with our residents is right on up there.

Extremely smart/intelligent people, great learning opportunities, terrific place to develop and grow, support at all levels, well rounded colleagues, and hardworking individuals.

I run an amazing property with a great staff. The compensation is very good and the bonus structure is outstanding.

Great with on-the-job training, very fun work environment, co-workers are pleasant and corporate is always there to support.

It took me 11/2 years and small claims court action to collect $84.00 of money that was withheld for the California FTB by RPM. Mandy, who is presented as the overall office manager, does not return calls, except at her leisure. She works when she wants not when there is work to be done. I am leaving this company as soon as possible. As far finding the owner, Mr. Alan Wessel, the owner, he informed me personally that he sits on so many boards he Does Not have the time to deal with problems that arise from within his own business RPM's Property Management. Would you hire an owner whose only interest is money??? Anyone who doesn't believe that only needs to try and reach him at RPM. POOR< POOR, Customer service. The only person who is in anyway competent is Krystal Dionne, but she is the lowest person in their hierarchy.

My advise, RUN, Don't, WALK away from this company!!!

We signed up with Real Property Management after a negative experience with another property management company in the Antelope Valley. The original gentleman who met with us and explained the program was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were convinced this was the company for us. From there it was passed to Mandy who handled the other details of our property. From the beginning she did not respond in a professional amount of time. We indicated that we wanted to rent the property for one amount (which according to going rates in the area was reasonable). All of a sudden we get the good news of a tenant but for $200 less per month. The reduction was not shared with us prior to starting the deal. However, since we were paying on two properties we reluctantly accepted. In addition, we have e-mailed and called several times with no response or delay of 2 or more weeks. We are at our wits end and will switch property management companies at the end of our term. My next step is to speak to a manager and then go to the better business bureau. What a shame to have such a neglectful employee representing what seems to be a potentially wonderful company. - Sheri C. (Glendora, CA)

I wish I could give this company negative stars!!!! This is a dishonest company. If you give them a deposit, do not expect to see it back. I rented with a Ratner managed property and it was the worst experience! I gave proper notice and left the apartment in great condition, only to have them take a huge chunk out of my security deposit (almost 1/2)!!! They also sent fake receipts that were not from real companies, but most likely an in-house job. You will most likely have to sue them to retrieve your money back. They will ignore you until they receive some legal implication. These guys are the Worst!!!!

I am a “needy client”, I need to be updated and I like to see things progressing smoothly. I dealt mainly with Frank and he was extremely polite, responsive to all of my Emails and text messages. The home was inspected and photographed and listed within a few days. In just a few more days I had a new tenant signed on with a year lease. I look forward to a long “profitable” business relationship with RPM.

They worked on a Sunday to assist us getting into our home, even though they were closed. They have a great look and professional office. Very technology friendly, and took great care for the few issues we had with maintance.
