Technician provided excellent service

It’s a fairly comfortable process, a mammogram, but my tech made me less embarrassed and was very gentle, explained everything and because of her, I’ll tell everyone to please get checked. I’m so lucky and grateful, she made all the difference.

Waited over 3 hours to get blood drawn. Really? There’s only two phlebotomists. They’re very nice and I’m sure just doing their best. You need to look at your staffing. It’s not fair to all your patients to be so understaffed.

The tech who assisted me today did a very excellent job. She has a very pleasing personality and friendly.
