My mammograms are always done timely. My only suggestion would be make the comment section a little clearer. I made a comment about itching occasionally on my left breast on the side underneath, and was told I should have seen my PCM. It wasn’t a concern just merely a comment. It was not anything I had been worried about because it was not anything that happen regularly. It caused confusion. Other than that all was good.

There was admin confusion due to my sponsor’s foreign military status, but otherwise the experience was excellent. All personnel were helpful and friendly, and the mammography tech was kind and professional. I have great trust in this department. Thank you!

Easy to schedule online. Check in at clinic was smooth and Mammography Tech, Samar, took me back for the exam early. She was very kind , professional and made sure I was comfortable during the exam.

Samah(sp), mammography technician, is outstanding! Patient is legally blind and requires assistance. The technician is very caring and provided assistance all during the procedure. She even escorted me into the exam area and back to the waiting room. Samah even helped me to get dressed after the exam. Thank you for your professionalism and for your patience when an individual needs a little extra help.
