I came to Dr. Pearlman after a previous rhinoplasty that I was unhappy with. I think he did a great job and I am very happy with the results.

Beyond thrilled with the result and continues to get better with time. My only regret is not making the decision to do my revision rhinoplasty sooner. I was nervous to investigate the revision surgery and frustrated with the result of my first rhinoplasty with another doctor. Dr Pearlman and his team lives up to all the positive ratings and reviews. He's a true artist and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to select him as my surgeon. The results exceed my expectations.

Before going through with my rhinoplasty, I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and was worried I would not like the results, but Dr. Pearlman walked me through the process and reassured me every step of the way.

I had such an amazing rhinoplasty procedure thanks to Dr. Pearlman and his amazing staff! I just completed my second post-visit follow-up and after looking at my before and after pictures I have the biggest smile on my face! Thanks to Dr. Pearlman and his excellent staff I have confidence that I never knew I could experience. I will always recommend!

Providing this review to all who have wanted to undergo rhinoplasty and/or eyelid surgery, but are afraid to look too altered or overdone. If this is you, Dr. Pearlman is the one.
I love my results. I do not look "done" at all. I look natural and refreshed. Couldn't be more pleased. My only regret is not having found him sooner.

i had been considering rhinoplasty for a long time but was nervous to go through with it. dr. pearlman made me feel comfortable and confident with the process. i'm so glad i went through with it, i couldn't be happier with my nose.

Extremely natural and subtle outcome - very happy with results. Dr. Pearlman was professional and patient throughout the process. It was very important to me that the results would appear natural and Dr. Pearlman achieved a great improvement without any indication that a procedure had taken place. Healing and post-procedure follow-ups went smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearlman to anyone.

I love my nose! Immediately after surgery when the cast was removed, my nose was upturned. I mean "up to the sky, ms. piggy' nose. For 8 weeks this was the case and to me, was not pretty. But, Nurse Ross was patient with my questions and alleviated my concerns. Sure enough, my nose gradually came down. By week 11 my nose looks normal and fantastic! Dr. Pearlman is an excellent surgeon! and the entire staff is patient and friendly.

I had a primary rhinoplasty after an accident. While it was not terrible, I always wanted my nose to look more like it did prior. I had my nose for over ten years but, over time, it became slightly pinched. I always felt it wasn't completely natural, even though I could never really figure out exactly why. Finally, decided to revise my nose with Dr. Pearlman. Because I couldn't really figure out the issue myself, I had to rely on his artistic vision and expertise.

I came in with a real monster of a nose and came out so much happier, it looks better its so functional and the doctors were reachable over the phone for all the questions I had.

Dr. Pearlman showed good judgment and decision-making. He explained that the procedures would make me look like a better version of myself, and with the results he was right. I definitely recommend Dr. Pearlman and his team.

I was almost going to get my 3rd operation when i decided to stop search and find dr Pearlman by pure coincedence ,,, but I am soo lucky , he truely found what was wrong all along and corected it ....I can finally breath again.

I am a person that is terrified of needles and not great with pain. Dr Pearlman and Vanessa, not only made me comfortable, they made my cheek, eye an lip fillers very comfortable.

Dr Pearlman not only explained the process, he gave me results even better than I imagined. I look natural, not over filled. I look rested and fresh, which has definetely turned back the clock without surgery.

From initial consultation to the prep leading up to surgery, a generous amount of time spent with me at Lenox Hill pre-op the day of surgery, and all the post-op visits, Dr. Pearlman was the consummate surgeon. The secondary rhinoplasty he masterfully executed not only corrected functionality, but Dr. Pearlman's aesthetic eye gave me the strong and natural-looking male nose I missed having after a botched job by an ENT in my 20s. My only regret was not doing it earlier.

I am extremely pleased and very grateful I was referred to Dr. Pearlman. I look at least ten years younger and people are constantly blown away when I reveal my actual age. I have had Voluma and the Madonna lift and I highly recommend both.
The Madonna lift was non-invasive and has made a big difference in the area around my eyes. I am not a candidate for Botox and I have found the Madonna lift to be an excellent substitute.
The Voluma has restored the youthful shape of my face and I love it!

I have been wanting to get my nose reshaped since a teen. At 25, I decided to take the plunge. After I found out I had some sinus issues as well, I searched for a doctor who specializes with internal and external issues. In terms of appearance, what I wanted was a slight alternation. But, what was most important to me is that my new nose would be in harmony with my face and look natural. I feel that Dr. Pearlman was able to match those expectations completely!

Dr. Pearlman instills great confidence and then delivers exactly as promised. I'm very happy happy and would recommend to anyone.
