Dr. Alianello was very friendly and was great at explaining what was going on and possible treatment options. I was very nervous about the pain, but he handled my anxiety well and made me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely go back to see him if the problem persists.

Going through an Ruptured Achilles injury is stressful to the maximum capacity but the knowledge of Dr. Nick made it seem like my brother was helping me fix my leg and I had not 1 worry so my injury was healed mentally before it's healed physically.

I was very nervous at first but he made me feel at ease, cause I had a lot of complications, but he was so excellent at what he does, that he figured out a way to save my toe and just got rid of the black infected bone in my foot!
