I was referred by my mechanic and I'm so glad I was. They were very friendly and helpful. I needed to get my car remote programmed for a car I just bought. They spent an hour trying, then called the dealer, found out it was the wrong remote, and ordered one for me so I wouldn't have to go to the dealer. They called me when the remote came in, and gave me a significant discount from the dealer price. I am very satisfied with my experience with them and will definitely use them again.

Took in my 2005 Cadillac CTS to have a spare key and FOB(remote) made. Customer service was good, techs were friendly, cost was much cheaper and service much quicker than a dealer. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.

When i lost my keys i was told the only place that could make new ones was the dealer to the tune of over $300 because noone had the equipment to make it...after talking with a friend he told me to contact Big Red Locksmiths ...to my surprise not only could they make the key the did it for $100 cheaper than the dealer and they came to me and did it onsite in a timely manner which also saved me alot of time they were a pleasure to work with ..I would highly recomend them to anyone in need of a Locksmiths..Rick Bultez

I have used (or referred) these guys when I locked myself out of my car, when my friend needed her house re-keyed and for hard to find camper keys duplicated. They are ALWAYS very friendly and know what they are doing. I have been pleased with the prices and especially the service!

After waiting and waiting for a different locksmith (who turned out to be using a phony Omaha address), Big Red was to my rescue within 20 minutes. Opened my car professionally and I was quickly back on my way. The service man even made me a spare key on the spot. Thanks so much will be my first and only choice if I ever happen to do this again.
