Kyle completed a plumbing assessment today. He was friendly and very professional. He pointed out problems that we knew about, prioritized them and gave us prices for the repairs. There was no pressure to do anything right away. He also educated us about maintenance we needed to do in the future.

Kyle Colucci was my technician for the day. His recommendation of re-plumbing a few of my pipes leading into my main stack solved multiple problems. The job was completed in a timely manner and he did a complete clean up before leaving. Great Job!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Sam Drake, our plumbing problem solver this evening. He was friendly and quick, yet he made sure to answer ALL (and I mean ALL) of my questions. Our water pressure was basically a drip before he got here and now our flow is impressive. Mama can't wait to wash some dishes. Just kidding!

I can't say enough nice things about your company. We had a plumbing issue. It's been a nightmare from hell for the last 4 days.. Another company gave us an answer that just didn't make Sense.. We called you guys and explained the situation and a tech arrived within a couple hours and was here for 2 hours helping us figure out what was wrong. We were finally provided answers that made sense. And your company didn't charge us a dime to come out and help us today.. Office staff awesome about keeping you updated about time of appointment. Tech (Hunter)was very professional, and great personality. Explained everything so I could understand. Showed me correct way to change filter, it was installed upside down. Would love to have him come for service calls every time. Great overall service. Have recommended to family and fiends

Matt (Bob Hamilton Plumber) was great during the annual plumbing inspection. He went through the entire house and checked everything. He answered all questions I had and was up front and helpful. Dispatcher was user friendly in ensuring we were home for the inspection as well. Con: up front pricing, while convenient, is a little more than you'd pay for a smaller, local business. But it is backed by their company...so, it's a pro and con i guess.

Worst plumber I've ever seen, the problem was worse after he left, then tried to get $600 more out of me for a problem he caused, I will never use this company again, didn't even want to give one star

Bob Hamilton company experience was a great they on time arriving and very professional, also made sure I understand everything that was being taken care of with my furnace and what problem they found. Chris was very helpful in helping us pick out the new furnace that fit our needs and home very nice and followed up after the works was done. Very happy with the work they did and the new furnace.

Very happy with the speed of the response, including the follow up on arrive times for the technician. The technician was very knowledgeable and define the scope of the work and made the repair right away. After repair service was also excellent with a call after the repair to make sure all was in order. I recommend Bob Hamilton for all plumbing needs.

I am usually pleased with the service from Bob Hamilton. Recently, I called regarding a problem with the hot water heater. I was quoted a price exceeding $800 to flush the hot water and replace the thermostat. I was quoted a price of exceeding $2100.00 for a new 50 gallon hot water heater (nothing special) or $1700.00 for a new one with a monthly service charge for a year. Considering they run between $200- $600 I was shocked at the price quote. I feel taken advantage of and disappointed with the service. I called a different plumber and had a new hot water heater installed this morning for $775.00 with a service warranty. I will not be using Bob Hamilton in the future

Walt handled the problem extremely well. He ordered a part and it took the supplier two months to fill the order, but Walt followed up the the order during that time. He also had to go to three stores to find additional parts that supplier did not include in order. He did not stop until job was done. He was excellent !

Within 24 hours of reporting main sewer line block(@11:30am), the team aggressively resolved the problem. Everyone one was very helpful and professionally kept me up to date on the next appointment, progress, and costs. Ultimately, the line had to be clear of tree roots, but the job was completed fast and everything is flowing again. :-) Thanks!
