I have rented here for 12 years and except for periodic rent increase have no complaints.The units are easily accessed and security is great.

Excellent location. Caring staff. Everyone has always been so helpful and kind whenever I needed anything. I’ve had my stuff in storage for 2 years now, with absolutely no problems.

The courtesy and kindness of this business is beyond the norm. I was lucky to meet Jaclyn Padilla and Shea Moreno whose professionalism surpassed my expectation. The place was very clean and looked very secure. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area.

The staff is always very nice and friendly. They do a great job of keeping the property clean and the environment always feels safe.

They are fantastic! Friendly, helpful and super nice. The place itself is very clean and easy to access. So glad to have found them. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage place that they can trust and know they will get excellent service.

We have been fortunate in having a storage unit with Security Public Storage, Palm Desert, for several years now. Working with them has been the most pleasant experience we have ever had in storage. Onsite Managers David Hollingsworth and Jaclyn Padilla are an unmatched team.
Regardless of ones needs, you will be meet with the most out standing consideration and care that one could ever expect. Everything with Security Public Storage Palm Desert has been easy. There office staff if very helpful, facility is clean and secure, and the online payment option is very convenient.

Facility is well kept and the service is good, we use to get early payment notice by email but that seems to have stopped which is unfortunate.

If you need storage this is the place to go. It's clean, secure and well managed. the staff is the friendliest, most professional & best I've encountered at a storage facility.
