Jordon Coley was professional in both offering information, providing the promised services and listening to my concerns. He showed up promptly and took his time with me and was thorough with our concerns of both pest protection, as well as protection to our pets and hens. He gave me the product list and was able to advise the ingredients without looking at a scrip! And we learned we had more services than initially sold. They offer indoor and outdoor services! After he applied the products he did a follow up to advise the areas of treatment. Impressive to learn there are employees desiring to please their clients!

The initial visit with Eric was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly. He made sure to address every concern and applied treatments where I needed them done.

Just had my first service. WOW - Annie worked hard getting into all the nooks and crannies around our house - inside and out. She kept on task but was very knowledgable and friendly. I hope I get her as my technician for my future treatments

Loved Annie, she was personable, promote and professional. I will request her by name for next service. First experience with Aptive, so far so good!

Heather did a very nice job explaining the service she was going to do and the benefits we could expect. She then methodically and thoroughly removed the spider webs, an abandoned wasp nest, and applied the pesticides to our lawn and around the foundation of our house. We hope she will continue to be our service pro.

Christian was very friendly and professional, he arrived within the window of time and completed the job quickly. Time will tell if it took care of our ant problem.

Rockey Martin who performed the service was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he was applying. I was very pleased with the job he did.

The sales rep,Annie, came at the perfect time; I have a flea problem, due to a dead opossum in my yard....we laughed together when I told her she had great timing! The Ser ice guy, Jordan Coley, was very professional & fast. He answered all of my questions about the service & product. The contract I was sent included all of the information I was told by Annie. So far, so good!

I was impressed from the get go. Mason Carr came out to our home and explained their process to us, he was detailed and professional. I signed up with him and literally called my current pest control company 5 minutes after he left and cancelled. This is something I never do! Heather Laurence came out for our initial service. She was professional, explained what she would be doing very clearly and was very thorough in treating our home. Thanks Aptive!

Our positive experience started with Jaron, the sales rep. Who stopped by our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable signing up for the program. And then our service person, Jordon Coley arrived to do our first treatment and I knew we had made a good decision. He was on time, neatly dressed, polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do, asked me questions about our needs and was in and out very quickly. Our overall initial impression of Aptive is definitely a good one! Hopefully, no more ants!!

My technician Ricky was the best. He did about everything to the interior and exterior of my home to keep pests out of our home and to make me happy. He was super knowledgeable, courteouse, prompt and likable. I think this is finally going to be our pest control company from now on. The rates are more than fair and you get more than what you would get from other companies. Good job Active!
