Dr. Steven Gabel, is a triple board-certified surgeon in Hair Restoration, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, Dr. Gabel has been selected by his peers to be a Castle & Connolly rated Top Doctor, and was recently awarded a prestigious 3 year AAAHC accreditation. He is the founder and medical director of the Gabel Center which is dedicated to natural, permanent hair restoration for men and women of all ages. He specializes in state-of-the-art microscopic ultra-refined follicular unit grafting to achieve the finest results in the field of hair restoration surgery, in fact he is the most experienced surgeon of the Follicular Unit Excision method (FUE Method) in the entire Northwest, with his first surgery dating back to 2004, when that method was still in its infancy. Overall he has been performing hair transplants and restoration surgeries since 2001. In recognition of his cutting edge techniques and outstanding results over 16 years of practicing hair restoration he is a selected member of both the prestigious Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians and the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons and is the only physician in the U.S. Northwest who has been invited to join these prestigious organizations. In 2017, he was awarded the James E. Arnold, MD Award for highest score on the national hair restoration board exams. He currently is a director on the board of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Dr.Gabel attended and graduated from Loyola University Of Chicago, Stritch School Of Medicine in 1995, and has over 23 years of diverse experience. He is affiliated with several hospitals including Tuality Community Hospital, and Cornell Surgical Center.
