I've been using Safe Journeys since December and my dog begins wagging her tail as soon as we pull-up in front of the business. John comes to the curb to get her and she is always very excited to see him. When I pick her up in the evening, she seems very happy and watches (with a forlorn look) John or Craig as they walk back into the house.

The guys that run the place took time to get to know our dog and then introduced her slowly to all the other dogs there. The back yard was super clean and fresh water was everywhere. I feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in a place with round the clock care and supervision, no crates or cages, comfy couches to lounge on and lots of dogs to play with. The guys are loving and sweet to every dog and they have experience with training and correcting behavior. I more excited now for my trip this Christmas knowing my pup will be in good caring hands, she will probably even forget we have left!

It is a comforting feeling to drop off my dogs at SafeJourney because I know they will be safe and well-cared for. When John takes them by the leash to the front door, they don't even look back because they are excited to get inside and see the other dogs. Thank you!

Murphy did just great. It was so nice to get away and know that he was so well cared for and having a "vacation" too.

Pup keeps on growing and we keep on going. Our energetic puppy loves Craig and Safe Journey. Business forces me to travel every 6 weeks or so and I always bring our pup to SJ.

Craig, his daughter, family and staff showered our pup with all kinds of love and attention. He was such a happy little guy when we picked him up. He did that little back end wiggle waggle jig. He nuzzled Craig, was well exercised, fed and in overall good spirits. He smelled like dog for sure but I figure he made friends, socialized and played thus got that potent dog scent. Good stuff.

Ideally, I would like to see the dogs have more outdoor space to run in, but still a great place.

My dog loves every visit! Love the no cage idea! Very easy to work with and accommodating!

I appreciate how happy my dog seems to be when I pick her up. The place is clean and smell good. No cages! When I picked her up John said he had just brushed her. And, she like to put her head on his leg when he watches TV. Real human contact is important as my dog can suffer some separation anxiety. No so at SafeJourney!

Dave was very sad to leave! We now know where to take him when we're out of town.

We love SafeJourney! Willow is very happy and worn out when we pick her up! She loves visting abd playing with the other dogs and John and Craig. Thank you! I feel that she is safe and well cared for each time she visits!

Craig has been so helpful and understanding of my Madison's needs. Pick-up and drop-off are convenient. Hours are good. Boarding service has always been available and I have peace of mind knowing I dong't need to worry about her. Thank you!

Ellie is always excited when we arrive in the morning and cheerful when we pick her up. John and Craig are always courteous and really seem to love their work. I would readily recommend SafeJourney to friends and family. Thanks for the care and patience with my four-legged rascal.

The intake orientation to introduce Luke and me to the facility and dogs was thoughtful and effective. John was very friendly and at the same time business like and professional. Always reassuring me about Lukes well being during his stay. My phone calls to check on Luke were welcomed by you and your verbal reports put me at ease. Overall a wonderful experience for both Luke and me. Thank you!!

I recently bought my puppy from a pet shop and they gave me a free physical exam coupon for Allentown. I decided to go and my pet and loved it. This is my third dog so I have been to other Vets, never had a problem with any of them but I felt like more then just a costumer here and my pets actually like it so I'm staying here.

Our three small dogs had never been boarded or had visited daycare. We visited SafeJourney prior to leaving our dogs with Craig (owner) an John (business partner) at SafeJourney. We were exceptionally pleased with the care our dogs received and the communication we had while we were out of state for two weeks. When we returned, we found our dogs happy, had not lost weight and were content. This would not have been possible at a caged facility. John was especially helpful and kind in showing our youngest shy dog extra loving attention. These two are a great team. I will board again the SafeJourney without hesitation. The condition of the dogs heath and their behavior was proof positive " SafeJourney" provides top notch care.
