I foolishly failed to recently back-up and very old laptop and needed to get bailed out by GOS when it stopped working. I took advantage of their "transfer to a new laptop deal" and got all my data back, my old computer cleaned up, and a shiny new laptop. Service was prompt and friendly and prices were fair. Thanks!

I have not had such expertise service in working with new computer. I know a bit about operation buy Dr.Sohrab made this whole problem go away in less thatn 15 minutes. Amazing. I will recommend you to the world and that is something I do very well.

Our company secretary used Geeks on Site and was pleased the first time. I called them on her recommendation and they came to my home about a year ago and I was pleased. In November of 2009 I called them again and a different tech came out who did not correct my problems and in fact I think I was worst off than when he came. I called twice and the tech was to call me back but never did. Our secretary made an appointment on December 5, 2009 and no one showed up and when she called they said they did not have her down. This makes for two unhappy customers.

My computer is 3 or 4 years old runs windows xp and suddenly got infected with a virus. I called Geeks On-site on new years eve and to my surprise they not only answered the phone but were able to send out a tech the very same afternoon. I was pleasantly shocked.



When GP got here he spent about 10 minutes reviewing my computer and making tweaks. He then rebooted the computer and the virus was gone. I couldn't believe it, but I guess he really know his stuff and he got me back up and running so fast. He even helped with my laptop too since we had so much time left.



I really think he did a wonderful job. I would STRONGLY recommend Geeks On-site for fast affordable computer repair services. I am Geeks On-site customer forever, they came through for me and I want everyone to know about it.

I kept getting this annoying message - "Internet Security Warning" - every time my email tried to download. "Geeks on Site" fixed it when no one else could. I've used "Geeks on Site" several times for different problems - the most serious being the time that my computer crashed and I thought I lost all my music files (original songs, I'm a musician). "Geeks on Site" rescued EVERYTHING!!!
