We have owned two student condos in Provo over the last four years and have operated them as BYU-approved housing. Please accept my commendation of your services as Aspen Ridge Management and most directly the services of Ms. Hilary Davis. Both Aspen Ridge and Ms. Davis have provided excellent service under our contract. In the trust sense, ARM and Ms. Davis have acted as my agent with highest consideration for my welfare. Because of Ms. Davis, I have never felt uneasy or even worried about our properties. I have felt like Ms. Davis has been a good team member who was watching out for my interests. She kept me informed through all transactions and I have always felt that she has taken care of my interests without concern. Please accept my gratitude for a job well done. Thank you.

BIGGEST CROOKS AND LIARS!!! The most dishonest, inept management company I have ever dealt with. My apartment is by far the most putrid and vile place I have ever lived. There is black mold EVERYWHERE, and it is busting through the plaster where the landlords and Aspen Ridge have tried to plaster and paint over it. I have a huge array of bugs and spiders in my apartment (including brown recluse spiders), which Aspen Ridge refuses to take care of! When I moved in, the previous tenants had not even cleaned and Aspen Ridge didn't even check! I have never moved into an apartment and had to clean up after the FILTHY tenants before me. DON'T EVEN DREAM OF LIVING IN ONE OF ASPEN RIDGE MANAGEMENT'S PLACES. Go live in the park on a dirty bench...you will be much SAFER!!! I will be suing these people.

Stay away from these people. They are dishonest in the sales pitch. The tried the bait and switch. When I called them on the phone regarding some contract terms, the salesperson was having to backtrack on previous statements.

Run - Run - Run and be glad they didn't get a hook into you!!!!
