Excellent service, they kept in touch the whole way through lettings us know when and what was happening. The guys that installed the panels were pros, showed up on time and were done in a matter of a few hours.

The staff was very friendly. A little more coordination on scheduling would be an improvement, however overall, the service was really good.

Solcius has been a fine company to work with. Professional and courteous. I would recommend them to others.

Very quick to install and start charging you for their product. But they do not follow through with their promises, Still don’t have my cashback they promised and I have no way to monitor my system my system was installed over two months ago. I have called a dozen times and they still have not fixed their discrepancies. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

the installation company of Solcius is very good. They came in on time and installed the system very efficiently. Very impressive!

I'm the original install they install the power into my fuse box in a way that block my fuse box door when I requested they come fix it they sent somebody out who cried the fuse box door open and left it pride open and said they would send somebody out this next week to fix it which they never did now I have a solar system on my roof that I can't use because it won't pass inspection until they come fix it and I don't know when that's going to be now

I got Solcius thru My Smart House, from day one when we originally talked to the day of installation, all was as we agreed on and discussed over time. I worked with Erica from My Smart House.

Love the fact that these are American made panels love the fact that My Smart house is Veterans owned company and love that fact that everything we agreed on they kept it right on spot.

Great team great followups great communication since day one I gave them a chance to present case and give me some numbers...
The team came and install my 24-panel system with in 8 hours, they were team of 4 workers and they knew exactly what to do and were very professional and kind.

I'm giving this company so far 5 stars because everything was done right since day one we started, as we agreed. I read some of the reviews and I wonder is this the same company we are all talking about?
Or maybe they are dealing with different team or reps, I don't know.. but in my case so far I cant find anything negative to point to.

I'm very picky person..Lol.. It took me 3-4 meetings tons of question comparing them to other companies... I was actually on my roof with the workers supervising and watching the whole installation believe it or not.. call me over the top.. but this my house my big investment. I cant find one bad thing to point to...(this is a good thing).

I just want to say thank you to My Smart House, and Solcius for making this project as smooth as possible. Keep up the good work!

I was skeptical at first about this. The salesman Franklin Fox was great. He explained the whole thing and explained our bill wouldn't Disappear totally our roof is not big enough for a full set of panels. He helped us the whole way through. The total loan is $20,000. The panels were installed this week and The power company just needs to inspect the unit and turn it on. I am happy with the whole process and the salesman who answered all my questions even if I asked them more than once.

Great experience from sales call, through finance and permits to installation! Every step was professionally handled!
