Provided by YP.comJim was very patient, we took three days to make a final decision and at no point did I feel pressured for a sale. He is a wonderful salesmen and was very knowledgeable about all vehicles we considered! Toni was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased and very friendly. I love my new car.

Provided by YPmobileI went half hearted excited to purchase a used mazda from them, the salesman I spoke with was reluctant from the get go instructing my every turn and stop while test driving.decided I wanted the vehicle until the loan officer *seth* spoke with me.for an odd reason he seemed greatly offended that I didnt want to finance a 9k vehicle for his great deal of $375 a month for 54 months. Not only was he rude I felt basically bullied and made to feel bad.needless to say I will never shop there and I dont recommend them to anyone.unless you want to pay someone to bully and pressure you

Provided by YP.comDon't go there!!! I bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 there last summer, the car needed tires, attention to the brakes and it had a crack bumper cover, they only lowered the price $200 because of the bumper cover. The tires cost me $1200 to replace, the bumper cover will be $1400 and the brakes cost me $100 to fix. Last December I got a Christmas card from this dealer offering me 20% above market rate to buy my car back. So I made a phone call drove from Broken Arrow back to Pryor, where a man named Barry came out scanned the code on door frame of car walked back in said I let you know what I can do. After a moment he passed the info to another salesperson who informed me they would only give me $17000 for the car the "wholesale" price not fair market value! I was very upset left their business, tried calling back to talk to Mr Ownes "the sales manager" only to get Barry when I accused him of low balling me he cussed me out!! Since I have turned this business into the BBB to no satisfaction from either. My recomendation to anyone going here BE CAREFUL!
They change the selling price from what you and salesperson agrees and what the finance officer says or records on the contract.
If you find anything wrong with the car, they won't fix it! And won't stand behind what they print!

Provided by YP.comI drove from OKC to Pryor to purchase a vehicle. Roberts had said that I could be sold a vehicle for $200 a month, as that was all I could afford. They kept us waiting for over an hour and when I finally did see someone, they informed me that I only had the option of purchasing this vehicle, one that I did not even choose, that they would finance for me. So in the end, not only did they jack the price up to well over 20000, when the car is not worth that much, but I ended up paying $345 a month. I enjoy my car, but they lied to me about meeting my monthly payment, and I did not even get to choose my car. Will not be venturing to this money pit again.

Provided by YP.comUNETHICAL!!! BEWARE OF ROBERT'S IN PRYOR. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING SLEAZE BAGS WHO RELY ON BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING TECHNIQUES TO GET PEOPLE IN. DON'T EVER THINK A CAR ONLINE ON OR ON AUTO TRADER IS ACTUALLY IN STOCK. THEY WON'T BE HONEST AND TELL YOU EITHER. MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD CONTACT WITH!!!! I AM DISGUSTED THAT GM AND CHRYSLER ALLOWS SUCH A SLEAZE FACTORY TO REPRESENT THEM! GM AND CHRYSLER WILL BE HEARING FROM ME TOO! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis place is absolutely a horrible rip off. I live about 100 miles from there and found a vehicle on autotrader they supposeably had. Christy assured me they had the silver land rover and that i was pre-approved for financing. She then calls me due to me warning her I was in a big hurry and had a doctor's appointment 120 miles in the opposite direction and lets me know she will have everything ready for me to sign when I get there. I arrive only to deal with somebody new and the vehicle I had been told was there and that is advertised on autotrader and on their website is no where to be found. They pull up a different one that is 2 years older and 20K more miles. Then inform me I am not approved for financing without a co-signer, after I was told I was previously approved for that vehicle. Needless to say, I left very mad. I later agree to add my husband as a co-signer where they work on my deal for a week supposeably getting the payment right only to get a text saying, "sorry it sold." How can you work a finance deal on a vehicle that is sold? Then 2 weeks later I look on craigslist where they have just listed both vehicles that I was told had sold!!!
This place is a huge scam!

Provided by YP.comI saw a vehicle through Autotrader.com that I had some interest in. I live about 75 miles from the dealership. I call and try to find out roughly what kind of price flexibility they had before I drove 75 miles for a car I wasn't going to pay the listed price on. I call and talk to the manager Ron, who was very nice, but would not discuss price as he wanted me to come look at it, drive it, and make sure I like it first. So, I drive 75 miles with my buddy.
We get there and Ron directs us to a guy who introduced himself as "Coach". We sit down in his office and he pulls out a clipboard and says "Are you ready to buy this car?" Uh, no I am not, because you haven't even shown it to me yet. He was pushy and forgetful (I had to tell him my name 4 times in the 30 minutes I was there). I told him straight up from the start that I was interested in the car but I wasn't going to buy it that night and I wasn't going to pay the price they had it listed at.
So we go outside and look at the car. He asks if I like it and am ready to buy it. Again, I tell him I like it, but I am not going to pay the listed price. At this point he starts literally yelling at me...."I never said you had to pay that"....blah blah blah. I was like, look man, I am just being honest with you so you don't get your hopes up or try to push it on me, that he isn't going to push me around. He continues yelling that I am not going to push him around either, yadda yadda. I was just trying to be honest with him and I was calm and polite about it. I should have walked then, but tried to keep my patience.
We go inside and he pulls the "someone else is in the final stage of buying, just waiting on financing approval" pitch. He takes my contact info down. I told him I was 75 miles away, near X city. He asks if I am in Y city....no, I am not, I am in Z city....to which he replies, "So what do you do in Y city?".....nothing, because like I just said, I am not in Y city.
He then presses me for a couple minutes on running my credit application. I am not going to buy tonight, you won't even talk about the price with me, I am not going to run a credit app and ding my credit score just because. Especially if the other people are buying it anyway.
"Coach" was the most pushy, irritable, and forgetful dealer that I have ever dealt with....and knowing the general pushy attitude of many dealers, that's obviously saying something. At this point, I wouldn't drive 75 miles just to sign paperwork on a car they were going to give me for free.
Awful experience in terms of car buying....a great experience in terms of a funny story that you almost couldn't make up.
Good game, "Coach", you lose.

Provided by YPmobileFair and honest deals. These guys were great. Saved time and money by accidentally finding these guys online. I had to return 2 weeks after I purchase to get the tires replaced. Not only did I get to choose the tires they gave me a complimentary detail, another tank of fuel and a Tom Tom gps unit. I'm tickled pink.

Provided by YP.comOnly giving one star because i have to. This place does not even know what cars they have on the lot! If there is a car on the lot they have no idea the price of the one your looking at verses the same one next to it. I recommend never doing buisness with these liars who try and finance before they even have an amount for the car your wanting. Its a big scam and they will say anything to get you to buy and wil ream you for it in the end. The finance people are very vague on what information they want to give out and you cant figure out what your getting yourself into, because they dont know themselves. All their looking for is a pretty penny in their pocket! Sincerly, very angry and disappointed shopper.
