I'm so thankful to have a reliable computer tech close at hand. A+ Computer Clinic has been in business for 25 years and is dependable. Gloria goes over and above to help. I would never go to a big store to have my computer repaired. Fast, professional service, always with a smile. I used to work with her, and she knows her stuff. I hightly recommend A+ Computer Clinic for any computer repairs or upgrades.

A+ Computer Clinic has been our only computer repair company for 6 years and we won't go anywhere else. The work gets done right the first time at really fair prices and fast. We are treated like family there. What a refreshing change from the big box store money grabbers and the kids experimenting on our computers. A+ has years of experience, bends over backwards to accommodate our schedule, has great respect for the customers, and is willing to take the time to educate us. I live 5 minutes away from Gloria and it was convenient for me to take my notebook which I wanted to recover some lost data and transfer to a memory stick. She sounded nice on the phone but once I got there, her attitude was of an arrogant person, I tried to ignore it and see it as her being elder and maybe worn out. Months have gone by and I called her again for a desk top that I wanted to erase all my personal information and add a new memory to it, to give away to a needy family. She seemed not to understand that I wanted all my personal info to be wiped out because I was going to give this computer to someone else and therefore did not want my personal files to be seen by others. She kept questioning me if I was sure it was what a I wanted to do...and I kept telling her yes and explaining why..her questions had a tone of arrogance in them because if she is such an expert than she should know that when a computer is sold or given away that is what one does, wipe out all personal info. She again was not only arrogant but kept rolling her eyes at me when I would ask her a question, she repeated a few times that people do not understand the difference between a memory and a hard drive disk..I reminded her that, that is why some people take their computers to techs..its obvious people question those who are suppose to have the knowledge of what is in question...just as people go to doctors and mechanics and so forth..she was just to arrogant..but once again I saw it as an old, mad worn out person surrounded totally with negative energies and aura..she charged me $50.00 dollars to do something I already knew how to do which is to delete file and empty trash...Gloria I have news for you anyone can do that okay!!!! and then she replaced the memory and still the computer is telling me memory is full..I would expect that she would check that before I left with the computer ...she was doing this in front of me with so much speed showing off that she knew what she was doing..obviously she did not..and last but not least I asked her to take off the dust inside the computer because she mentioned that would make it heat up faster..and she sprayed it but left all the dust around the outside edges...next day when the family that I offered to donate the computer came to pick it up ..I turned it on and a message pops up that memory is full...I called her and complained all this..she said to take her the computer again...and I said to her if she knows so much and has so much experience she should of done it right the first time...I have a business to run and have no time to be back and forth for her to do a job she should of done it right the first time..I make sure I give and treat my customers with courtesy and respect and do the job right the first time...I do not do the rolling eyes and arrogant attitude..that just shows me total ignorance...I think if a person behaves with an arrogant attitude, it dont matter how long this person has gone to study at a university to become a doctor or lawyer etc..that person is still an ignorant..and especially if you are trying to run a business.. Gloria no matter how much you think you know about computers you are no better than anyone else just because you say you fix computers..one thing is that you got your certificate 25 years ago and another is that you have 25 years experience..by the look of your office your business is real slow because the only computer that was for repair was mine.. I am going to report you to the BBB it is not right that you charge people for something that you did wrong.

What a wonderful find ! Gloria was able to cleanup my laptop, including killing xxxx viruses over night. Now she's, the laptop, is working like she did at brandnew ! I'm new to this area and now I have a relable, friendly person I can trust to keep me online in great shape. Highly recommended for anything to do with computers ! PS: She's got some great buys on used computers too.

I have used this business for a few years for updates, to purchase a modem, and most recently to purchase a used computer. The service has always been prompt and priced reasonably. I will continue to patronize the A+Computer Clinic

This is the closest thing to having a personal experienced IT tech on call. She has kept my bevy of computers working for many years. She is accessible, punctual, reasonable, supports her work, and is available EVERY TIME I call (even on weekends, evenings, and holidays). Her 25 years of experience can't be beat. She SOLVES PROBLEMS FAST AND GETS IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!

Owner has 25 years experience in computer repairs and it shows. A+ has kept my computers running smoothly for many years. Diagnostics are always correct, recommendations are spot on, and prices are reasonable. I have recommended A+ to five of my friends who have also had excellent service. A+ has even corrected bad repairs done by national service chains, and has repaired computers that no one else could fix. We highly recommend A+ Computer Clinic.

I took my desktop to this seemingly nice old lady. I explained that the internet was not working despite getting a new modem. After her initial $30 fee to look at it, she explained that some settings were off, and it would be an easy fix. No problem, right? She called back and told me the memory was out dated and new memory sticks would help it perform better. Also, to install new internet security, all together costing $170. I gave her the go ahead to do the upgrades, the price sounded fair.When I went to pick it up, she handed me a bill for $250, saying the inside was dusty and she had to clean it. Ok, whatever, as long as the computer works better now.I took it home, the internet did work. I did a disk defragment, which she said she did. It looked exactly the same before I took it too her, and guess what!? NO NEW MEMORY! I opened the tower to find it still dusty and the same old memory sticks. I took pictures of it and copies of the bill with the work that she claimed she did, and g
