Our experience with Sentry was just outstanding from start to finish. We ended up paying less than we expected and their fees were reasonable. We worked with Burney, he was great! He gave us his number and was there for us, answering all of our questions along the way. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who owes money to the IRS!! Thank you!!

These guys are awesome! I had five years of back taxes that I owed the IRS on. David Harpster sat down with me in his Oklahoma City office and we went over my problem completely. I hadn't filled out any tax returns in five years either. he told me that if we do the Federal and State returns there's a good chance that my $20,000 tax bill would be cancelled out partially, if not in completely. The Sentry Tax Group worked with me, and filled out my returns all the way back to 2007! They also did my Oklahoma returns, as well. When it was all finished, David was right. The tax returns showed that I actually owed NO additional taxes for those years! This company is the best! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to take care of a tax problem with the IRS or the State of Oklahoma.

Well, I'm sure if you are reading this you are probably in trouble with the IRS!!! Please don't go down the same path as I did by hiring company after company to take on my tax problem. I was sick And tired of getting the run around and lied to from the other companies!!!!! Broken Promises!!! I called The Sentry Tax Group on a Friday night and reached Jack!!! He and I chatted for an hour and he got me going in the right direction!!!! He gave me his personal cell phone number to call anytime. I must admit that every time I called he either answered or called me back that day!! I don't think these Companies now a days know how important customer service is, but Sentry does. Ralph havens was a pleasure to work with as well, he got my case handled promptly. The funny thing is, the money that I put down for the retainer with the other two companies was more then what Sentry Tax Group charged to handle my whole Problem!!! Keep up the GOOD Work guy's!!!!!!

The representative was very courteous & really knew the business. No more speaking to an automated answering service, having to press all kinds of numbers or getting sent to a rep overseas. I know it's a cliche - but REALLY GOOD customer service is (almost) nonexistent these days. It's a forgotten art. Almost everyone considers customer service a cost center and they devote minimal resources to it. I hate dealing with drones.



You just cringe every time you have to call a company and fight with phone prompts , endless menus and robots. It seems once the 'sale' part is done, it's 'take a number - we'll get to you'.



STG was a pleasant surprise. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at The Sentry Tax Group was helpful and extremely understanding.



I didn't think they could do much for me since I didn't really owe THAT much (most of those ads on TV say they want people who owe at least $15,000 and $20,000+ and here I am owing a little under 10k. But they took the case and their fees were actually very reasonable and I was able to do weekly payments. They did exactly what they said they would do and any time I called, I was able to talk to the professionals handling my case, not drones reading canned phrases. I was very happy with their service.
