This is one amazing dealership! For roughly a week I dealt with Haasz' on the phone regarding all of my information, I called at least 20 times and each time I call they were more than happy to assist me. Living a distance away I was hesitant to get out there for one, because of my personal schedule and two because I wasn't sure of this place because I've known no one to buy a car. To make this extremely long story short, THIS PLACE IS TERRIFIC, from the people who greet you at the door, to the people who are behind the doors working on getting you in a vehicle. Geno and Greg were amazing, Geno did magic tricks for me and Greg did everything in his power to make sure I drove away in a new car. They don't pressure you, they don't make you try anything you don't like, and are very happy to assist in what ever way possible! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! It may be a drive from where you are located BUT IT IS WORTH IT! Great job Haasz automall, your GREAT!!!

I recently purchased a new Dodge Journey at Haasz Automall. My Salesperson, Christy Cosma, was very pleasant, professional, and managed to get me approved when other dealerships sent me away. She understood my personal situation, treated me like family, and never once made me feel pressured. I am 110% satisfied and would strongly recommend her and Haasz Automall to my friends and family!

Came in to Haasz the other day and was immediatly greeted by Mike Teter. Right off the bat I knew Mike had my best interest in mind. I didn't have much hope that I was going to be able to get approved for a car loan because everywhere else I went to I was told my credit was not good enough to get a car loan. Mike worked with me and did everything he could to get me in a car. I felt bad because of how hard mike was working and I figured it would be the same outcome of every other dealership I went to, but finally mike came back to me and told me that he got me approved!! Thanks so much mike and Haasz. I will definatly be back and refering you to everyone I know!

I went to Haasz Automall looking for a newer model used car with good gas mileage rating. My good fortune was in meeting Tom Qualls, your professional salesperson. He was friendly, listened to my special needs, and guided me to a car that fitted me and my budget. I have his business card and I will recommend Haasz Automall and Tom Qualls to family and friends.

I had some service work done here, at first I was not happy but they worked with me to resolve the problems. I would recommend them for service work

Super friendly and easy to work with, my experience at Haasz Automall and specifically Rick McCoy were beyond great!!! We easily negotiated a deal that I was VERY happy with and I drove out in my brand new, 2014 Dodge Avenger. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever made. Rick was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. This kind of customer service is not widespread and I'm delighted that I shopped at Haasz automall. The Sale manager Brad Grega Finance manager Brad Baxter receptionist Brandi and our salesmen MIKE LYNCH made us feel very welcome and treated us with respect. My wife and I were well taking care of. They were not pushy and were willing to work with us on the final price of our car.

I will definitely continue to share my experience with the people I know and will return when a car is needed in the future.



Mike stayed after closing and programed our iphones to the car. He also described the cars functions in and out for us and did not leave until we understood all aspects of the car.

They did NOT make me fell pressured in to anything, The truck I wanted was not available there so they took the time to get me the color I wanted and had it with in 2 days. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and recommend the Dalton location to everyone,

we went in to Haasz looking to get a new Dodge and we was blessed with the nicest sale person Geno Gordon ... the whole staff was great they listened to what we wanted and did everything to get it for us we never felt pressured, we would recommend Haasz and will be going back to buy a second car.

I went into Haaszs' just to get some info. for a Jeep Compass. Mike Fulvimar greeted me and we went to his office to discuss the Compass. I told him I looked on line and liked the white one very much. He then told me the particulars about it, and went for a test drive, and he even let me take it home for the night, which is a BIG selling point. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and the next day I bought it. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked me through the buying process, plus with his kindness made me feel like we've known each other years. I will definitely recommend Mike and Haasz auto mall to my family and friends.

I just ent to say from the moment i walked in, Rick McCoy did everything he could to get me what i wanted. To be honest, my credit is not that good, but he still made it work.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with you regarding Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio. : I was in need of a new reliable vehicle due to the frame broke on my car. Due to life's circumstances- my credit is not that great. I searched on line and contacted several dealerships with my needs and concerns. I decided to go with Haasz Automall because of the kindness and sincerity that was offered to me. Well, I purchased a car off of them- in which it turned out that it was a “lemon”. It was a used car. Several trips into the dealership was very frustrating- however Haasz continued to work with me giving me a loaner so I was not without a car. Finally we decided to get me out of the original car that I purchased- and into a different one. I am very pleased with my new car. It is much nicer than the previous one- and is exactly what I wanted to begin with.- also with a lower payment! With that said- if you want to be treated with respect without having a perfect credit score- than I highly recommend Haasz Automall. They did not give up trying to satisfy me until I was satisfied!

Just purchased a Jeep Compass from Haasz Automall and I was very pleased with the service and flexibility they had with their inventory; as well as, their pricing. You can tell they want to put you in a vehicle but with a very low pressure attitude. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Even though they are primarily a Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge dealer, they do a great job with my Ford Taurus. I choose Haasz for my oil changes. The people in the service department are really friendly, and do what they can to keep my car running great.

Being a young female I thought I would be taken advantage by a car sales rep but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Haasz, they explained everything to me so I understood and I felt respected and comfortable here and I didn't feel taken advantage of one bit

they changed my oil, plugged my tire, and fixed my remote starter all for a very low price.

I have finance experience and know a bit about credit myself. Rich however did not try to sway me one way or the other, all he did was work for me. He was honest, and overall the purchase was fair.
