Provided by YP.comI also, highly recommend All-Star Electronics. John G. picked up and delivered our TV on a weekend. He also drove from Reading to Mount Joy which is about a 45 minute drive one way. Our 56" television is about 10 years old. It took about a month to get it back. A little longer than expected. But John was always in contact with us.Keeping us updated. We've had the TV back almost 2 months now. And it works great. No problems at all. I'm very satisfied.

Provided by YP.comI highly recommend All Star Electronics. John G picked up my 60" flat screen on a Sunday morning because it was convenient for me. He fixed my tv and returned it - no problem. I would use them again if the need arises.

Provided by YP.comOne of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with, brought my tv back at the promised time. Any questions I had they kindly answered & made me well aware of any charges that would have to be paid & answered back every phone call I made. I would highly recommend them to anyone else & use them again if I needed to!

Provided by YPmobileHorrible it’s a scam let me start by saying they are frauds first they say free pick up service & estimate then charge you $50 even if you don’t want to get your TV fixed. Tells me that he knew exactly what wrong with the TV that he will need to order the part tells it going to cost $175 then ask for a 100 down payment waited one week to call them back to find out when can I expect my TV back then he tells me the part is on back order I called them back a week later then tells me that he will need to order more part and it will cost more to fixed the TV then what the TV is worth then I asked what about my deposit he tells me they keep the deposit then tries to tell me that he could get rid of the TV for me I tell him to return my TV take them 3 days to return it. Now I check the TV because I was able to see the picture now the TV is worst the when I gave it to them I’m out $100 and TV. Do not use this business they are scammers. What happen to the 100% full Guarantee that your TV will be fixed. I wish I would have seen reviews before using their business.

Provided by YP.comI should have declined the offer when the tech showed up. It was some 30 year old rust bucket of a van, that when he loaded the TV, there was no padding or harnesses to strap in my 60" Plasma. Secondly Ricky, one of two co-owners, was able to "diagnose" the problem with my TV without even turning it on. This forces you to pay the $50 house visit, or continue with the repair while paying a deposit ($175 for me).
Throughout the 2 months, I was in phone contact with John, the second co-owner. NEVER once will this man call you to give you an update on your TV. I have had to call each and every single time to request an update, otherwise he will NEVER call you first. The excuses for what is taking so long are never ending. Everything to blaming the manufacturer, blaming shipping for delays, the "repair didn't work", to a lame "this is electronics, you never know what to expect". Needless to say after two months they threw in the towel and gave up on repairing, and KEPT the $175 deposit.

Provided by YP.comI wish I would've seen his reviews before I ever did business with this gentleman he doesn't know how to run a business or to be business person and I'm writing the Better Business Bureau about him he broke his own contract and want you to charge an arm and a leg and give you the excuse she don't have time to call his customers and then charge me more money I gave him money to fix my TV it's still wasn't Fixed and he had the balls to charge me more do you need to find another business to do he can't be a business owner he needs to be a worker you don't know how to run a business properly

Provided by YP.comDo not use this guy! After reading others reviews, our experience is much the same. He came out promptly to look at our broken plasma TV. The estimate was $254 and he said it should be about 5 - 7 days. We paid him $170 deposit, which he cashed right away. After not hearing anything at the end of 7 days, we called and were told the part was backordered. After an additional 10 days and several phone calls later, we were told that the part has come in and while they were testing the tv, that the part just blew up and was going to cost an additional $90 to fix! We told him to forget it. However, he said we would not get our $120 ($170-$50 for house call), because that was to cover the cost of trying to fix our tv. We were paying him to fix the tv, not TRY to fix it!! Bottom line - don't use this guy! He's not honest!

Provided by YP.comGuy's a real gindoloon. This outfit is a bunch of crooks. It's obvious that they are in over their heads when it comes to TV repair. Look elsewhere, avoid this place at all costs. I guess they got a few family members to leave 5 star reviews or else those people don't know when they've been taken.

Provided by YPmobileDO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! I called just to ask a question about my broken TV and he basically hung up on me. Then I called back to see what the deal was and he told me to stop calling. He obviously doesnt need the business so go somewhere else.

First, I got the name from the TV repairman website, and did no research; I called and they came out next day and took our 55" Samsung TV. Gave them a $170 deposit. Estimate was for about $280. My husband thought it odd that they want cash when they bring the TV back. (told us upfront) I then did some homework and saw all the negative reviews. I just about died. BUT I called after 5 days, part on backorder, said another 5 days. Called after 2 weeks and they brought the TV back that same day. It has worked perfectly ever since. I can imagine the hassles with checks/credit cards not clearing so I see why cash is wanted. After carting a 55" tv back and forth and fixing it, they need to make sure they get paid. PS every time we called they got back to us within 10 minutes. Also got a 1 yr warranty on what they fixed. Yes they cashed the check right away, but how else would they know if it was good? It did cost us $90 more than they quoted, but I had already done homework on the problem with the TV, and so that second part that was needed was not really a surprise to me.

People who r writing bad reviews don't have patience they need to be patient bc fixing electronic s takes time sometimes it's not fixable or it takes a couple tries to fix it. My lg TV broke n had all star pick it up... I was nervous to give my tv to a complete stranger so I called a lot n got no response for a little but when I got my tv back he apologized and stated he was not good with getting back to people right away but is trying to get better and gave m me a year warranty on the part s. A couple weeks later the tv went out again. I called all star back up and he kept in touch and got my tv working. I would recommend all star electronic s . My tv is. Provided by YPmobileI was told it would take 5-7 days for a repair of the HDMI ports. He wasn't even sure of the diagnosis but he was very quick to cash my $125 check. 6 days later I called to check on it since I heard nothing yet. I was told "The parts may be on back order." When I said my check was cashed he stumbled over his words and started to argue with me about a completion date. Avoid these people at all costs. 1743 Colony Drive. It's unfortunate that such a great district has to house such a scam of a business. I ended up getting my tv back and losing 75 of my $125. It wasn't even looked at.

Provided by YP.comWhile the repairs do take a while and sometimes require a few trips, we have always gotten a return phone call quickly. Our tv has had the same recurring problem since April, requiring 2 trips back and forth to Allstar. Never once did they question us or hesitate to come back and get the tv. The problem occurred again for the third time and they returned our call within 20 minutes and said they'd be out tomorrow to pick it up again. If they can't seem to repair it this time, we will get a full refund.
