I called this morning to have them come look at my TV. The guy was all broken up sounding and was rude enough to yell at me to call back in ten minutes without even giving me a chance to speak. Guess I dodged a bullet anyways.

WARNING CRAP COMPANY. Lied about contract over the phone. Came to mothers house took 50$ said there was no guarantee to be fixed so we would eat the entire cost to fix. Forced my mom to pay the 50 dollar credit and left

WARNING i am a victim of allstar electronics i paid them a hundred dollar deposit to havve flat screen repaired ,guy told me i would have it back in seven days never heared anything on 8th day i called and guy gives me some lame excuse the parts on back order and it would be another 2 weeks ,told him i wanted my tv and money back he said i wasnt getting my money back total SCAM!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I went with them, trying to save a few $$. DO NOT use this company. I was told 5-7 day turnaround, and it was 3 weeks before I heard anything from them. Then I was told part was on backorder for another 2 weeks. I had had enough, and requested the TV be given back. Add another 2 weeks before the TV was returned. Then, I waited another month of them avoiding my call, and BS about check's in the mail" for another month before I finally get the $$ back. Do yourself a favor and just buy a new TV. These people are scam artisits. Goto www.shopjimmy.com and order the replacement boards yourself. I got the board in 2 days, and the TV works great now. AVOID "ALLSTAR" Electronics at all cost!!!

DO NOT USE THEM, 8 weeks, paid them the money up front. Originally told me that the part was on back order. Then 8 weeks later said that they couldn't fix it, something else was wrong with it. I even doubt that they tried to fix it. Now I'm waiting (4 weeks later) for my refund. Still no refund. Wouldn't even give them a star rating -- but it certainly wouldn't be a one -- it would be negative 5.

Do not use them, 6 weeks, $400, still have not repaired TV.

did not repair my plasma tv correctly but took my money. returned tv with a 5" scratch on the screen that wasn't on their before. 2 days after a got tv back it shut down again. a bad power supply, that they said was replaced. also they said, they would reimburst me for $50.00 for scratch, never happened DO NOT USE THEM
