When I first came to see Dr. Song, I was in horrible pain. He got me into surgery at the next available spot. Then when I needed further surgery he got me in on a Saturday. He was in to see me first thing on Sunday morning. Since the surgeries I continued to improve, keeping in mind Dr. Song told me it would take 2 years for my spine to heal. Dr. Song, his PA and his office staff are awesome and always return my calls.

You all were amazing at finally getting me help with a two year old accident. I am grateful to have a doctor that listens, has compassion and actually cares. I love Andrew he is very professional.

Dr. Song did a wonderful job relieving the pain down my right leg which was my major complaint. The staff and physicians assistant were wonderful. One time literally meeting me at the pharmacy at 10pm to obtain medication to relieve symptoms that occurred after surgery.

Original diagnosis was proven correct and surgery was performed. Cautiously optimistic for a pain free future. I was overly impressed with the expediency of procedure from start to finish. Result may be a little too early to tell but we are on the right track. Dr. Song is every bit as thorough and successful as I had heard.

It initially took a while to get in, I was referred by IHS (Washoe). I was very appreciative of the care I received at my first visit. Everything was explained thoroughly and step-by-step. I was amazed at the speed my injection referral happened! Within 1 week! It too IHS 18 MONTHS to get my referral completed!
