We were recommended to US express moving by a friend who had been recommended by another friend as we had a very bad moving experience when we moved before. We have moved many times so there was no question of opting for the full packing service. The crew arrived a bit late on the pack day due to a traffic jam but we were kept informed by the office staff. The crew where great from start to finish and really went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble with no ifs or buts, there was one small breakage of a picture frame during the whole move, which to be fair, had been packed by me. The guys wrote breakage down and took the frame away no questions asked. I would recommend US express moving to any of my friends and family. They made the nightmare of house moving stress free from the first initial contact to the end result.

When I think of movers, I usually think of self-assured bulky men trying to carry an over-sized couch and damaging it by hitting it to the walls. To my utter surprise, when the day came for me to move to Concord, NH from Ridgefield, NJ and the doorbell rang, in came uniformed men from US express moving who immediately took charge and started packing everything like well oiled machined. Before I talk about my experience with US express moving, I just want to say that I'm so glad I picked up my phone and called US express moving. I originally had a different company that I was going to go with; I was not too pleased with the other company because we were having difficulties understanding each other. Because of the problems I was having I was hesitant to go with them. I read the reviews about US express moving and so I decided to call them and see what happens. My instincts took over and I was sure this was the company I wanted! I no longer felt hesitation and I was looking forward to moving now.
