Dr Kaiser is an excellent surgeon and his staff are wonderful.

Dr Kaiser provided exceptional care. He clearly is “patient oriented”, ie., stressing a focus on my experience, not just the “pics” or what I had previously been told.

I met Dr Kaiser about my MRI diagnosis that shows 3 bulging discs. I already have a Pain Management Dr, but, it was time to have a Surgeon evaluate me properly. The discs are causing severe pain from the neck that radiates down my arm. When we sat down in his office, he took the time to truly explain my situation and what my options were in simple English. Unlike most Dr's, I sat down in his real office, and we looked at my MRI on two big monitors. I was amazed at his bed-side manners and how kind, compassionate and down to earth he was. At the end, I decided to hold off on any cervical surgery. But if I change my my, I wouldn't go to any other Doctor! I would highly recommend him and his staff, all who were very nice!

Doctor Kaiser spent a lot of time with me explaining and showing details from my

magnetic images of my cervical spine.

He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and generous with his knowledge expertise and patience. It is obvious his primary concern was the wellness of his patient, me. He did not recommend surgery he recommended physical therapy and then if that didn’t work we could reconsider surgery. How many times has a surgeon said we should NOT Operate???I trust him to do what’s best for me.

Excellent. He answered all of our many questions in great detail and put both my wife and I are at ease. The procedure was a great success thanks to his calm demeanor and expertise.

He took his time he explained everything to us answered all our questions and/or concerns. He was kind to my children as they ask questions as well my follow ups were always on time I never waited it was an overall great experience
