I used Clear Defense Pest Control to treat my house for bugs, insects and roaches. My service technician, Dylan Taylor, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, had great customer service, and displayed a genuine care for my home. Dylan called me approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know that he would be arriving early and to make sure that that was OK. He took the time to explain to me what he would be doing during the initial treatment, as well as what he and Clear defense Pest Control would be doing during future treatments of my house. He also explained the type of products that he would be using as well as tips to maximize their effectiveness. Dylan Taylor, in my opinion is a true asset to the company, and I am confident that Clear defense Pest Control was the right choice for our pest-control needs.

Tristan and Thomas swung by yesterday and took care of all my services and I was pleased with the work they did. They were efficient and very detailed when they spoke to me after the services. Cleardefense gets an A+ from me!!!!

Clear Defense has been my pest control service since I moved to Charlotte last year. They are awesome! Erich came today and my two Boston Terriers followed and entertained from window to window!! I love the scheduling and notifications but best of all….no pests!!
