Provided by YP.comI'm very picky about cupcakes! This is the best shop in the Sacramento region, and I've tried several other places.. Very moist cake, lots of frosting, and a large cupcake too! The only negative is I wish it was less sweet. Sugar overload! This is still our go to spot though! Yum!

Provided by YP.comI love Icing on the Cupcake! They have the best red velvet and vanilla cupcakes. And their cream cheese frosting is to die for! I was so sad when they moved from the other location, but so glad they came back!
