DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS!!!!! I lost everything I had. Now I am contacting an attorney. I had sceduled 2 moves with them, gave them a referral, they quoted me the costs for the moves and renigged on their quotes on delivery. They are liars, cheats, thieves, you name it. They need to be taken out of business. I am reporting them to BBB. And I hope to save many others from encountering going through what I have just experienced. God help us from companies such as this raping the good hard working citizens of the United States, like we don't have enough problems. Let's start with getting rid of these kind of companies. Nothing but straight crap.

Complete Scam. They promised delivery in 3 to 7 days. Was delivered twenty days later. Tried to call for weeks with no answers via e-mail or phone. Moving consultant was not very helpful. After goods were loaded and packed they indicated delivery time between 21 and 30 days as of first estimated delivery date. Had to move to NY with nothing except an air mattress. They called two hours beforehand indicating they would be there in 2 hours. When I said I was at work, mover did not care. Twenty days late and $800 on top of the binding estimate because of some shuttle truck to deliver in Brooklyn even though street is as wide as an avenue! Driver told me I had two hours to figure out how to get the money. Total scam and please beware. They indicate in the beginning they are different from all the scammers out there but I guess it takes one to know all the others!

Promised things would arrive in THREE days...THREE weeks later NOTHING has arrived and literally NO ONE will answer their phones, emails or voice messages...even after many many messages left. I plan to file a theft report with the police

Horrible experience with this company. 3 Guys called and asked for pick-up a day early and arrived 6 hours late. Asked for an additional $1100 above binding estimate(even though we actually had less than on the estimate) and $600 in cash for gas to get the truck back to the warehouse. Would not even load until we came up with $300 cash. Delivery was not the week promised. They let us know AFTER they had our stuff that it could be as much as 21 days after requested delivery. We were not at the new home the week it was finally delivered. Our son had to take a vacation day from work to get delivery for us. Leg was missing from loveseat. Caster was missing from bedframe. When we got to our new home, we found items were missing, including the half of my dishes that I packed to use until our final move. Cannot get the same pattern to replace them. NOT a good experience with this company. Would not recommend.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Do not fall for the cheap price! The cheap price is to entice you! When they come to your house, they dismantle everything they can dismantle so they get a larger cf. I was given a quote of $1,200 to move to the south, after packing my stuff on their truck, they told me the price has changed from the original price to $2,500. I told them I was no longer interested. I demanded they offload everything, but they refused. I had no other option because my new job would start the upper week, so I gave them $1,000 check and promised to contact the company. When I did, one ignorant, uninformed chap, called Katherine picked up and started telling me that there's nothing she could do about it.
in short, to cut long story short, for more than a month I have been waiting on my stuff to be delivered, but haven't seen it up till now. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY CALLED ALL IN THE FAMILY AND MOVING STORAGE. All other 5 star reviews are done by themselves. I wonder how fraud is

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I serve as a business consultant all over the nation and I have NEVER experienced a company in any industry as incompetent and rude as this one. Any good reviews that you read are likely posted by the company themself. The bad reviews are accurate. After being told that our furniture would be delivered in 5 business days, it disappeared into an abyss with no one able to tell us when it will be delivered, and to make matters worse, they were rude about it! It finally arrived 30 days later, after I was forced to spend a thousand dollars for interim supplies. But then the best surprise of all... Broken furniture and completely shattered big screen TV. PLEASE...do yourself a favor and perform due diligence and avoid this company. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

No Better Opportunity

Hardworking group
All In The Family Moving and Storage doesn’t do any local moves, and it makes sense. They are so professional and hardworking, that anything less than a large move wouldn’t be utilizing them to their greatest potential. Such a hardworking set of movers and a great company.

Father isn’t moving his things anymore
My father was trying to move all of our things into our old house by himself, when his grip on the decade old bureau slipped and tumbled down the stairs. His hard work to get it up the stairs was quickly vanquished. This time he agreed we needed to use professional movers. We went with All In The Family Moving and Storage and haven’t looked back since.

If you love horror stories, hire All in the Family Moving and Storage. I could tell you all the details, but you wouldn't believe it. I wouldn't either, if it hadn't actually happened to me. RUN, RUN, RUN, away from this company. Don't believe anything they say to entice you to hire them. It is all fiction, just to get you to sign. Then, it is too late. If you hire them, you will regret it. Guys, if you want your wife to call you a chump for the foreseeable future, and maybe divorce you, then hire this outfit. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Not Very Strong

My daughter and I aren’t very strong, and we have some very big furniture that needed to move across the country. We hired the services of All In The Family Moving and Storage, and they took great care of us. The movers made it seem as if the furniture we couldn’t even budge was a paper weight.

What a great name for a company that actually treats new and old customers like one of the family. All In The Family Moving and Storage added a repeat customer when they took such great care of me and my son. Thank you for such great service.

Finding a company that is easy to trust and use for future work is relatively difficult for me, as I’m extremely picky. I went with All In The Family Moving and Storage, and they answered every need I could have presented to them. I don’t have one complaint. GREAT JOB!
