Great customer service! Management has avoided my late fees by giving me a call before a late fee is processed. Facility feel safe and provided good hours of operation.

The best storage units in town, the service and the personal are top notch.
Highly recommended.

I recommend this storage to get. Employees are very polite and helpful. It’s also a reasonable price and if trouble making late payment self storage will give some feedbacks . It’s clean and hours are just perfect.

This is the first time that I have used storage. I'm very happy with the professionalism of the people working here. I find the facilities very clean and secure what more would one want. I would rate this facility on a scale from 1 to 10 a 9 or 10:00.

great staff and the facility are in good shape my issue is being able to get a partial refund for them charging for 1month $281. I was renting for about 4months, by January 5th was all moved out of storage but they had already deducted the monthly payment on every 2nd of the month. come to find out didn't know you had to let them know ahead of time in order to get prorated for days being in storage, ok sorry didn't know. So I told them wasn't aware of that, is there anyway you could just charge me for 5days and refund the rest cause $281 was a lot to pay for just 3days. also let him know my financial where slim reason moved out of storage couldn't afford it anymore and getting part of refund back would help out a lot. All the manager said he wasn't allowed to refund any back but next time If needed storage he would give a discount. it was mindboggling got very upset ask why, stated the system wont allow it. so basically I was ripped off for $281 dollars for 3days in this struggling economy from china virus asking for small break but continue to get pushed down. Terrible. just thought some folks where compassionate but I guess not karmas is karma and greed is just plain greed. not good way to end business with a customer that would of 100% recommended to others or possibly returned in the future.

I have been a customer for a number of years now and I find Security Public Storage to be the number one storage facility for my storage needs. Daniel and Patricia are the most caring and wonderful people. They are always making sure that I have everything I need and are very helpful in everyway possible with answering my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Just started renting a unit here and am quite happy. Daniel and Patricia were lovely to speak to getting everything set up and even indulged my request for some local food recommendations. Their staff walked me through everything I needed to know and do once I arrived to set up and use my unit. The units and the property are very clean and as other reviewers have noted, they live on the property which gives added security. The whole facility is ground level so it is very easy to get your items in and out of your unit. Their pricing is very affordable, especially for someone like myself who is currently unemployed due to the pandemic.

Clean, spacious location, right off the freeway with friendly staffs. Limited rentals at times, but can be put on a wait list.
