Aborn Properties was my property manager for more than three years. I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. As a tenant, I appreciated their quick response time and attention to detail. My contact was Joi and she was always very friendly and willing to help without being intrusive or annoying. Rent payments were facilitated by an easy and immediate online payment system which meant I didn't have to send a rent check a week in advance. The return of the deposit was fair, timely, and well detailed. My experience with Aborn was first-rate and I would highly recommend them.

We can't say enough about Aborn Properties and their professionalism. She helped us move our family to San Jose from another state. Our property manager worked as our agent and was very respectful of a tenants' rights. We never had to wait for a repair more than a day or two....unheard of in rental property management situations. Everyone at Aborn is kind, helpful, conscientious and certainly, the best we've had the opportunity to encounter.

I have rented forever and this is the third rental company that I have worked with and they are THE BEST. They are super friendly and willing to work with you. They usually reply to my request within an hour and are always ready to help. Their handy men are nice and trustworthy I just gave them the keys to the house and let them work without me there and have had no issues. If I ever rent a home I will use them as my management company.

I was drawn to Aborn Properties from a friend who has rented from them for years. I decided to take a chance and move into one of their properties. I was really looking for a hassle free living environment. I had no issues upon move in, and I’ve been settled in for about a year now. I have no complaints. I like to believe we have a working relationship where they trust me to take care of the place and pay the rent on time and I can trust them with maintenance issues and communication. It’s been smooth sailing so far.

There has never been a doubt in my mind that I hired the best property management company in San Jose. I have been with them for over 15 years and they manage a number of my properties here in California. There has never been a discrepancy in their service to me. Even when things weren’t going smoothly with some of my properties, they handled the issues quickly and without complaint. Things are bound to come up when you are juggling many things at once, and I’m glad I’m with a company that can handle it all.

Aborn has been consistently excellent in all the years I have been a client. I have several properties that they manage for me and I have yet to have any serious issues come up.

In the time I have lived here I have not needed much from them, I just payed me rent and that was it. Recently there were some repairs that could not wait and I contacted them about it. They put someone right to work and began fixing my problem.
